I wonder if any of you here received the email sent via OBS from PERMES (there was a Week-long promotion information with discount links in it - vide attached pic) ? I'm afraid that something went wrong and emails from them aren't being sent or somehow do not reach recipient inboxes. I'll of course contact support, but firstly I'd like to make sure, because maybe these emails arrive late, or so...

Thank you all! Weird thing - I sent an email to Customers on Sunday evening (as always checking option to send it to myself plus additionally to my second "regular customer" account - just for checking - there was never any issues with this tool) and then again on Tuesday. Obviously emails are delivered with a big delay and selectively ie definitely not reaching all addressees. So it looks that something didn't work as supposed, plus OBS support is not responding either?!... 
EDIT
I repeat the inquiry via WargameVault support and just received the answer that they will forward to DTRPG colleagues for checking - so now I'm waiting for some feedback. |

Sorry, missed this sooner. Mine arrived at 15:03 GMT = UTC on Mar 23. From the message time-stamps here, that was around five hours before your first message in this topic.
