I don't really have a papercraft workspace right now, see how many unfinished projects you can spot in this pic.

I feel your pain—6-7 years of nowhere to do anything papercraft related, a severe allergy to Windows in my spare time, AND a limited ability to design any new papercraft on my Mac. I figured out how to do it the old school way on both my Mac and iPad, which was awesome, but…I mean, like, the whole reason I had my old fully 3D pipeline set up the way it was in the Ebbles/Genet days was to remove 90% of the boring and tedious parts, so that wasn’t really sustainable over the long term. (Instructions are the remaining 10% of boring and tedious!)
I’ve got a full 3D-to-PDF pipeline that’s finally happening 100% on the Mac now, and a shiny M1 Mac Mini to do it on, but now my struggle is being out of practice and only being able to borrow the dining room table for short periods of time. So these days, I’m mostly taking a crash refresher course in designing papercraft and building stuff again, and it’s primarily going to be toys and craft projects with my grandson after school.

Nice helmet. You don't see those too often on people's work tables.

I remember your pics from your old setup, quite aspirational. I am, yet again, building a papercraft corner that can stay up, and will hopefully be finished by the end of the month. Part of it just involves installing a door to keep the animals out and helping my wife sort and burn 3 years worth of Master's assignments.

My work space is the same 4' x 2' desk as my computer desk, which taking into account the monitor, laptop, etc etc... reduced down to about 1½' by 2½' of useable space.

My workspace is currently being used to house some of my late mom's and my late brother's personal effects until I can figure out what to do with them. It's been like that most of the pandemic and it's a bit frustrating. Clearing it out will also mean dealing with a lot of emotional stuff. I think it will be expedited as my laptop is currently fading and I'm going to need to update it soon requiring me to set up a home network. It's been a bit stressful to say the least.

Mines also my desk, I move the laptop off my large cutting mate and get straight into it from there. Lots of clear space to operate.

Progress! The new space is coming along and I actually have a spot to work on my creations. There is another light coming tomorrow that will be mounted above my cutting board and the junk to left and right will also roll out tomorrow. Then I need to find a spot to set up my Silhouette cutter.

No new photos here. Work has me buried. And even though I filed an extension on my Income Taxes, I am trying to finish them today.
I have never been much of a desk person for building. I had photos in the past showing my TV tray set up so I could have TV on while I work (baseball and Nascar are excellent sports to have on that don't distract while building). Design work is usually done at my desk.
It is hard, but also amazing, how working the Medicare Market is working. October of 2020, I started being semi-serious and worked a Walmart kiosk for Annual Enrollment Period halfway between my home and my folks. During Covid, not having done it before, trying to be helpful more than making sales. I still can't argue against Building Credibility, but I should have had more sales. On the other hand, I still was an external national marketer with TruChoice Financial and was doing the part-time gig at Chick-Fil-A for exercise and spending money. Realized I had no time for the CFA gig, so let it go. Walmart did not allow the Open Enrollment Period kiosk deal Jan-Mar, 2021. Not a big sales deal, but wanted to show my commitment to the area, and I could follow up with folks Turning 65. So, at that point, I concentrated on TruChoice, until they canned the 42 External Marketers on April Fools Day.
Since then I have put Medicare Workshops in the mix. Constantly doing marketing for those and finding other locations. Then AEP and OEP at Walmart AND workshops.
I have boxes of stuff everywhere. Folks would think I am a Hoarder. My office is storage (I need to clear it and close it). My home office is worse. I have boxes in my home office, my living room, dining room and kitchen. I even have boxes under my TV trays and kits on them. I have a shelving unit that has four 21 inch X 36 inch shelves filled with boxes to the ceiling. I need to get better organized.
That being said, I have moved from 'mad scramble to avoid bankruptcy' to 'mad scramble because the business needs worked'. That first AEP helped this year because I am getting $624 per month in renewals. I am frugal, so I only need two sales a month to keep my head above water. But I have moved things to where come January 1, 2023, I will have over $1500 per month in renewals. And I am almost 'comfortable' income-wise with the continuing sales.
One of these days I might get the opportunity to do more paper-wise, but not really going to happen for a while, except for a papercrafting monthly workshop I am starting on the 27th at one of the Senior Primary Care facilities where I do Medicare workshops.
Wishing you all the best, and I still try to help where I can, but Doing Things is tucked away on one of those shelves, behind some boxes, for now

Sorry to hear about your time and space issues. I've lived most of my life in cardboard boxes so it's always a happy dance for me when I get to create a space for my personal activities. Speaking of which, more progress; Still some clutter to remove, a shelf to create, a door to install and then I'll be good to go.

I also have a "touring kit" since I'm rarely in the same facility two days in a row.
