Well, down to the front bumper and the base plate I think it looks very promising

Well, tomorrow I will add the tabs and try to get to a test-build.

I should have been working, but I wanted to be able to build during breaks today This is version 1. I made a flat bottom to the model by bringing down the front and back overhangs to the level of the center of the vehicle. To do this, I had to make chunkier bumpers front and back. The hover bulges aren't as high as the wheel wells, so I am not overly happy with the space on the fenders above the hover units, but I am going to reserve judgment. Version 2 will have the standard overhangs. I think I figured out a way to do those that won't look completely stupid. I also consider myself rather blessed to have been on the old Ebbles blog in 2011. Not in the Genet catalog, there were some models that Christopher Roe posted that will yield some textures to help with the process. Maybe Chris will add the LaGanne-Hess, the OAP 4X4 GPV and the Limoen Zoom test model into his current archive some day.

Well, not built, but mostly cut out and edged. My fender issue wouldn't be there if I had used a scaled version of the Brio hover units. So, next version has two options -- I can either widen the center band on the bulges, which will keep my trim work angles, or I can use the Brio units and redevelop the cladding. I hate to have work get tossed aside, but I am leaning towards going the Brio route
