Almost bought it till I saw it was for two-three specific races. And not a more generic campaign system.
Had we some anthropomorphic fantasy animal figures.....
It sounds neat though. I hope he does some more of this. I am curious as to how well the campaign system works. It sounds like it incorporates some neat ideas.
Actually, one of the campaigns is a very interesting 'Kobold Revolt' against goblinoid forces. It's set up following the three classic phases of a guerilla campaign and if the kobolds succeed in early phases they get dinosaurs with howdahs as battlebeasts.
There are also some good rules for sieges and siege weapons. The anthropomorphic animals bit didn't appeal to me either but you can choose to play as Dwarf warbands (on the good side) if the Druids children don't appeal.
Is there more key terms for building custom units?
No new warband abilities but there are new rules for; Scout Abbot Bodyguard Deaf Music Near Invulnerability (not nigh) Rare Unique Battlebeast (Righteous!)
As well as rules for the Ballista crew-served weapon.
Some good rules for simulating fog of war and an alternate VP method for warbands of different sizes facing off against each other. One of the things about these campaigns is that each side is expected to create multiple warbands and switch around which one they are using each time.
I've been gaming for about 13 years, but my point is, the only part of the book I'd be interested in would be those 9 new rules, so its kinda like I'm paying almost a dollar per rule where all nine of them could have been squeezed into one single page, while the rest of the rules are pretty much disregarded.

I still feel that you are splitting hairs - you are getting more than one page of rules which is more than I can say about GW and their splat books.
Also by buying the books your are helping craft the system into a much better/tigher/refined one. I guess it comes down you your personal involvement in the community of the game - the more active your are the more the games start to reflect your desired - be it because you shift towards it and it (Andrea) shifts towards you.

Toman: the bikes now go in the fenced back yard now. after nine years never had an issue with bikes, we did end up with an extra scooter last summer that no one could identify. I think because it was kind of a piece of junk

cowboyleland: Apparently bike theft is rife. Covid makes people want to bike instead of bus so it is a sellers market in the bike world. :/
