Not only did I have a fantastic holiday and celebrate our first wedding anniversary, I got cracking with some ideas for the third Survival Horror set-this time taking a brief break from the zombie apocalypse, concentrating on the Occult Terrors line. Here are some of the sketches I produced whilst away: Resurrection Demon-child demon necromancer
Ripper Demons-Resurrection Demon Flesh Constructs
Professor Smith-occult investigator
Wizard for Hire
My idea is that the Occult Investigators can be used as both heroes or villains, depending on the needs of the player. I have been working on a Vampire vs Werewolf set under the Occult Terrors banner too: Vampire Sire
Apologies for the monster post-hope you like the ideas!
hey all! Thanks for the positive response folks! It may sound weird, but zombies are kinda my comfort zone these days so it's nice to know the other stuff is working too!
I will see what I can do re the suggested Demons abaddon-I like the idea, and I was hoping to get a Hoard entry in this month...
And kane-that is just what bride of darkmook was thinking! In the unpublished roughs I had him vaulting a stone wall and she pointed out that a headstone would be the more obvious choice. Great minds think alike!
I'm so glad you are creating werewolves, I've been looking for some Werewolf paper miniatures for ages. I'd just assumed that White Wolf would have made some to go with their Werewolf RPG's. There really is a severe lack of Werewolves. Please, please do lots of them they already look really good just from the illustrations.
I've been playing around with some old rules when I get the time and there really is very little about, I'm also sorry to say I have very little artistic talent so I would not get to anywhere near the quality of the figures you all create.
First time posting on this forum and I must say I'm certainly no longer going to spend out on metal figures. Paper minis are the way to go. I had planned on purchasing from Onemonk but going through bankruptcy at the moment so wasn't able to. But I shall certainly be making a donation to Onemonk when I have some cash.
There are some really beautiful figures up on this forum thanks to you all.
Hey dragonkev, welcome aboard! Glad you like the sketches-I am planning on getting the sets done as time allows, especially as there is an rpg in the works for a certain Chicago-based urban wizard... All the Onemonk minis are free at the moment, and I have some free sets available on RPG Now: url]http://www.rpgnow.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=darkmook&quicksearch=1&search_filter=&filters=&search_free=&search_in_description=1&search_in_author=1&search_in_artist=1[/url] Check 'em out and give them a go! Cheers!
Parduz: good news! ... i mean, bad news but ... they're good 'cause not so bad ... hard time. STAY SAFE

Vermin King: I still don't think I have it, but been doing run around trying to get in to see someone, somewhere about getting tested. If not The Virus, I still need to figure out what this is and get it knocked out

Vermin King: I wish I hadn't been curious. Hadn't taken my temperature for a few days, and I'm running a slight fever again. I'm so ticked off. I guess tomorrow I will have to do the nurse hotline. Sun on the Beach...

Vermin King: But I had to drop off my electric bill before Monday (an excuse to get out), and saw I still had a full tank of gas. Filled up on 3/11 and after tonight have gone 54.7 miles ...

Vermin King: Since my Location is either Randolph, Sugar Creek, Four miles SW of Sugar Creek, or Raytown, I wonder if I'm being shown as ignoring the order. As with all stats, you have to take them with a grain of salt

Vermin King: I see that Stay-at-Home is only about 45% effective in the US. That is 45% of folks with cell phones are staying put. Big Brother is tracking cell phone GPS. And why not?

Vermin King: I keep getting a server error when I try to get the rules. I'll have to try some other time

marcpasquin: After Goscinny died, people thought it would be the end of Asterix as he was the writing part of the team but Uderzo managed to keep it going and eventually pass on the torch to new teams that still produce albums to this day.

marcpasquin: Asterix was such a big part of my childhood. Not only did I read all the albums but every years the cartoon movies were part of "Ciné-Cadeau", a holiday time programming block on Télé-Québec that showed animated movies for kids.

lightning: I cannot count how often I read Asterix and Obelix as a kid. Loved how it always ended at a big town dinner around a huge bonfire and the troubadour was gagged somewhere so he couldn't sing. Good times!

Parduz: I still love that comics. Some of them (around the middle age of Asterix production) have some of the best story/dialogues/jokes ever.
Mar 24, 2020 11:31:07 GMT -9
squirmydad: God I LOVED those books as a child. Sorry to see him pass.
