I'd been thinking about creating bundles for a while, but a recent email exchange with one of members here got me to look at my current selection of buildings. I definitely have enough to start putting some bundles together.
These will be one-look buildings, not multi-layered like my individual models. These should be more convenient for folks who want to take the files to a print shop and get them run off without messing around with the extra layers to get the look they're after.
These will be distinct and unique from the models that I'm offering individually, so you'll be able to get something new from these bundles even if you have some of my models already. I'll be using mirror-images for some of the models such as the Crescent Moon Tavern and Jumble House, and including some extra features so that they really offer something new for your collection.
Okay, enough typing. I'm off to do some serious Photoshop!

I'm holding off on the building bundles for the moment. I've got something more ambitious in mind.

I've had another request for building bundles. The last time I started to put one of these together, I ended up getting only as far as the Stone Tower, and then I released it as an individual model. This time, I'm really going to do it. It might take me a while, since I want to work on other stuff, too, but I think I've got a good plan for this set. Each bundle will contain 4 models and will be priced at $9.95. That's 4 models for the price of 3, give or take a quarter. Each model will be multi-layered. They'll be based on my previously-released models, but they'll feature new color schemes, extra items and other changes so that they'll be distinct from the models I've released before. I might (maybe) theme the bundles a little bit. This one suggested to me that it was a bait shop, so I put a little shark on the wooden sign. I might continue with this maritime/riverside theme, but we'll see what happens with the next model in this set. Anyway, here's the Bait Shop showing one of its possible skins and the outhouse that comes with it. (It's the same base model as the Small Shop currently available.)

Nice!
I like the maritime theme!
Actually the whole themed sets would be neat. As well as add additional value.

Here's the second model for this bundle, the Harbormaster's Tower. There's nothing particularly maritime about this model aside from its name. There are some nice details on the opposite side, such as a short set of stairs up to an optional door, and some legal notices tacked to the door and walls there. I find that these towers make for great add-ons to other buildings, and while each of my towers use an identical basic frame, they all have something unique to offer. The Stone Tower has two dormers that I think give it a lot of character, but it's a single-look model. The Clock Tower has clock faces. The Harbormaster's Tower has no clock, just one dormer, but multiple configurations. But I think I'm probably going to retire this design now, since there's not a lot more that I can do with it! In other news: Along with the multi-layered files, I'm also including a single-layered version of each model in the set. It's time for lunch, and then maybe a nap. This evening I'm going to get back to work on the sci-fi bunker skins, which are about 70% done now. (Maybe 60%. I still have to add weathering effects.) It was good to take a break from it, because I've thought of some new little features I can include with it. Hope you're all having a great Friday and get some games in this weekend!

It might do to have windows on all three sides of the dormer window so the harbor master could look out on the harbor in several different directions, like the bay windows on 19th century railroad stations so the station master could look up and down the tracks without going outside. Also, sort of like a modern flight control tower at an airport.
Have fun! (I am!) Steve

Here's the third (of four) models to be included in the Maritime Buildings Bundle. It's a Dock Warehouse, including a shed and a few crates. It's based on the Grey Hare Inn frame, but I've moved some things around and completely reconfigured the windows, doors and dormer positions. There are optional shutters, too.

A chandler's shop would be good for this bundle, with blocks and deadeyes and barrels of pitch and coils of rope all over the place.

The set's finished and ready for the Ecardmodels store. I'll make an announcement when it's actually available for sale, but for now, here's a preview of the whole gang all in one place:
