Great looking sketches! Have you seen the fungus based aliens from the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed video game? Your Fun Guys have much more mushroom based design (which I prefer), but you may want to check them out for color reference.

Been doing twenty things at once lately, and not finishing anything...
I finally drew back art for all three of the fun guys I started. Will post some progress pics when I can.

Just wondering if there's going to be a November Hoard?! I guess everyone's busy, as expected, around this time of the year. Hopefully, I can get a new scanner soon and start drawing...

Jim supplied undead steeds, and I posted Ghouls. That's enough for 2 sheets of Hoardes for November.

Okay, sounds good! There's always room for more undead figures. I was thinking of a use for the stand-alone horses, and think that they would be perfect for chariots. Have the design mapped out, but nothing in-depth at the moment.

I cam across someone else mentioning these in another thread.
I thought I had finished these. I know I drew the back side art for them..... I'll have to see if I can dig them up.

I haven't been able to find the images on my computer, but I was able to find the original art.
I inked them and I should have them scanned and rescaled in the next night or two.

I just want to say that I do intend on finishing these. I have the front and back art drawn and inked. They still need to be colored and scaled down to miniature size. My plan at the moment is to have them ready for the October Horde, since October's theme is Fantasy Monsters.
One question though, how tall do you think they should be ?

I'd say big-ish, like 35mm-40mm tall would look very imposing.

My mushroom elemental are shorter than 30 mm, becuase they are little mushrooms elemental spirits, but your mushrooms people look taller, maybe 30 mm or more. They´ll be the tall parents of mine ;D

My original intent was that they were taller than the average human.
I think I'll shoot for 30mm at the eye for the two that are croutching and maybe 40mm eye level for the upright one.

While scouring through whatever old files I could recover I found that I still had the raw line art for 3 Fun Guys. This is the first one,
