I often do some mad Google/Bing searching for obscure papercrafts, models, etc. And I occasionally come across some real gems or at leasts points of interest. In this case, the latter. Some of you may know of this, but it was new to me. Model Builder:Make Paper Structures Now let me preface it by saying it's aimed at the scratch builder (ie.scenic railroad modeler or wargame modeler). And the price may put you off(it did me). It still is interesting and a real boon for the DIY Railroader that it exists. But the thing that most impressed me the most was its ability to let you choose the scale of your building (H,O,N, even mm 25/30,etc). And when you consider the # of high quality textures included and the fact that the pre-constructed Railroad scenery is expensive... it's really not too badly priced. I'd like to see it in use. Some of the buildings in the gallery are really nice. A lot of detail can be created. And you could take the finished files into say Photoshop and customize the weather to your hearts content. Anyone have this program? ~Floyd

Wow! No I don't have this program and it won't run on my ancient iMac, but I must say, I've designed a lot of buildings (from fantasy to modern day) and this program looks great. Dryw the Harper

Looks very interesting, but I'm lazy enough as it is. I don't think I could devote that much time to scratch-building structures. Might be of use to someone out there though.

I've seen it before and I have to admit I understand why you are tempted. It is pretty cool software, and if it was $20-$30 I'd jump on it, but for $80 with the add ons I'll stick with my EZ-HEROES and get textures for free from googling the interwebs.
