I did paste the full URL. I'm pretty sure it was the non-standard web port being blocked by the corporate WiFi I was on at the time, as - sure enough- I get home and have no problem reaching the site.

Yep. It's on one of my servers at home. My ghetto ISP blocks port 80, so I had to...work around it. Too cheap to host on a real server.

Cool comics! Did you create more minis in the meantime? I would be in need of a sheet of Orion slave girls, slavers and pirates as well as a sheet of civilians from various species to fill some starbase scenes. So, just in case you might have those minis ready on your HDD somewhere... Oh, and I was a little creative with one of your minis... Presenting: a Vulcan ambassadorial aide/young female

OH very cool! Nice work! I really want to put more minis out, but my day job is very very demanding this year. I also want to play more rpgs, but same story.

In that case, I will have to invest a little time into this myself, once I find it. I'm not good at drawing, so it will mostly come down to modifying your minis. However, I will not claim posession of the modifications, since the idea and original artwork belongs to you. And, I will of course post the minis here, so everyone can use them... So, next up: some starbase crew and visitors... and some Orion slavers and slaves... Maybe this will ease the time a little for all of us who are waiting for more of your wonderfuls WNMHGB minis. ;D If you, however, would rather want me to stop right here, that's also no problem. It's up to you, you are the artist and owner, and I don't intend to infringe your copyright, if that's not okay for you...

Generally, modifying for your own personal use is fine. But never distribute these mods without the original designer's permission. I would also recommend any time you do a mod to send a copy to the original designer with a word of thanks.
You handled this properly. Thank you.

I'm a freelance journalist for digital arts magazines in my day job, so I work with artists and around (C) issues a load. In my experience, it's always better to clear the fronts first and start the expedition thereafter. This way there need now wars be fought... ;D

Okay, the first sheet "Starbase 32 Personnel and Visitors" is 50% done. As said, only modifications, nothing special... Here' a little preview... Starbase 32 is indeed canon (though TNG, it was a coincidence ;D) and can be found in the Federation's Maxima-Sector. All personnel from said starbase are wearing the assignment patch of the starbase on their uniforms instead of the (in TOS-era) Enterprise-arrowhead. The first officer in the row is from Starfleet Command and therefor wearing the appropriate assignment patch ( memory-beta.wikia.com/wiki/Assignment_patch) for his position... More, once the sheet is complete...

Thank you. The minis should be in scale to the others, I just don't know whether the smaller or larger ones, because I can't remember which ones I saved to my HDD. So, you might need to rescale the minis a little bit...

Okay, so I need much more time for modding the slave girls. In the meantime, I did something quick and dirty for your pleasure. We all love those innocent and mostly ignorant and naive heroes that undergo their voyage of initiation into the vast dark endlessness of the universe, don't we? So, how about (re-)creating such voyages with CADET CRUISE...? Download link: bit.ly/19liWOtI hope you like it... ;D

WARP FACTOR 11!!!
Cadet Cruise is brilliant! Now I have no excuse to start a campaign. I have been toying with the idea of running the old Star Frontiers Volturnus module series for a group of stranded cadets, and here they are!!!
Now I just have to convince my gaming group to take a break from Dungeon Crawl Classics.
THANK You very much!!!!!

Crew compliment almost exactly meets the number of minis on the Cadet Cruise sheet: a 2.5-D paper mini of the Archer Class ( theshepster.deviantart.com/art/STAR-TREK-Archer-Class-Scout-Papermini-374770252)...

Thanks for the watch on dA... ;D Those parts from Grendelkitty will be very handy to create own ship classes and build TOS-era Romulan BOPs in masses

The figures are great! The ship is great. You solved some design issues I was having with my own ships. I think I may need to retool them and upload them. I only wish i didn't have so much marking to do this time of year. May and June are the worst marking months (aside from December and January) in the school year. Just brutal. The intensity won't let up until the end of June this year either.
