My first try at the Turbo-lift, came out pretty good. I don't mind that it is not circular. Thanks Shep for making this, I am looking forward to seeing your Engine room, Sick Bay, and crew quarters!

Looks really good! Ah yes, the other rooms... I'm afraid, those will have to wait for a little while, as my father (age 82) got some health problems with his lungs and a slipped disc right between his neck and back. And since my brother lives a hundred km away, I have to look after the old man. Combined with all my other duties ( = work ) this leaves me with no time for paper projects. That's also why I did not participate in this year's papercuts...

Just a wish-list for some time in the future.
How about a set of Paper figures, including a Harry Mudd and Cyrano Jones, a male & female Cheron, Lazarus and his little UFO ship, some mean children making fists, some Talosians.

Shep, sorry to hear that about your Dad. Positive thoughts and prayers to you and him. Thanks a lot. My dad will soon once again have to go into hospital for a week for more tests. The resolution of the last CT was not good enough, and though the specialist doctors now know what's the problem, they don't know why, hence more tests. Well, at least there is some progress...

4shared is so filled with traps and tricks, apps, etc. I watched several videos and read many posts after I created an account - and it is impossible to download anything from my saved files (aka your fantastic Star Trek figures). Is there a Google Drive with these files? Or another place that I would feel safe downloading them. I read of too many hacks due to 4shared. Thank you, humbly.

Doing a little test. I printed out the Hallway on a shipping lable, then stuck it to foamcore. Cut that out the glued the corner together. I also printed the floors out on labels and stuck them to cardstock. I also put the Turbolift behind the archway for effect.

Here is the setup in action. I am going to do a few hallway and floating walls the standard way next. However I think I really like the foamcore idea. I want to try to do a curved wall section and I think using the foamcore will be the wat to go for that.

Thanks to Okumarts for the Tellarite Engineer! Here he is enjoying the beginnings of the Main Engine room set I am creating for the game. I will combine this with some of the Okum Trek corridors and build a little set piece for our Far Trek games.

Word of caution to downloaders--it's hosted on Mediafire, so be very careful when downloading to click the correct Download button. There are other download buttons on the page that look just like the real one, that download adware. I downloaded the file with no problem, but I almost clicked the wrong Download button, and nearly got something I didn't want.

Yep, click the one in the one I marked with a red box And even when you click the correct link, sometimes another page will open, usually in another window. Close that page out quickly. When you use it quite a bit, and know what NOT to click, MediaFire doesn't work too badly. Downloads are quick

Are the nacelles on the Reserve supposed to stay flat, or get tilted up or down?

Interesting to see, how others see Mediafire. I have an add blocker in action on that page, so I only see the correct Download button. Oh, and the nacelles are supposed to stay flat on the Reserve, as the pylons get angled down from the hull. You can see it in the "Adrift" comic: postimg.cc/image/ngbtt24u7/

Or: /=\ with the nacelles continuing the angle of the pylons? I honestly can't tell from the picture

I honestly can't tell from the picture I tried both, when I first built the ship, plus another version with the nacelles angled further down, so they would be upright. Just leave them in line with the pylons, that looks best. When looked at from the front, the ship should have an A-shape or open triangle.
