No idea - it isn't on BGG and couldn't find any reviews.

BGG says it was published 4 years ago. My guess is that it bombed. If it's now electronically available and has no following - it doesn't bode well for a good rule system. I looks like it has too many rules for a boardgame based on the RPGnow blurb. Possibly the 2nd edition is better than the one in BGG and has been tidied up. I'm not willing to risk $13 and the time/paper to print to find out if it is any good though - I'd rather playtest my own games first.

It didn't "Bomb" as such but with the transition of 4ed D&D and the fun it caused with third-parties the publisher sold the IP. This has been picked up and reworked. Of course now it's coupled with Empty Rooms floor tiles - which are great. As for the system - I don't know yet. I was b=pumped to get this when it was released but they released a "working beta" with a free upgrade to this release. I personally wasn't interested in buying into a beta - I would rather the finished product. Anyway Now I am more back into Descent (which I have owned for years).

Likewise I've been waiting for the revised edition to come out, plan to pick it up. Thanks for the heads up I hadn't checked on it since Xmas I'm pretty sure the designers live here or at least frequent the board a lot: tangledmuse.com/index.php?board=118.0
