Sweet. I picked it up when it first released. And just listened to the review of it on MeeplesandMiniatures (by the co-author). Interesting that it has been around for quite a while but more as WW2 game. And he actually genercised some of it to fit into a broader category of modern, near-future shooty skirmish. I look forward to trying it and also to the expansions coming for it very soon. Quality work on the Stat cards. They are clean and easy to read. The information is collated for simple reference. Thank you!
I assume you plan on coloring them?

I only plan to color the borders, probably using the colors from the store headers for Terra Force, Robots, and Slick Miniatures so as to reinforce where they come from. I like the b+w line art for the figure references as it makes allowance for people to use other color variations of the same figures with a minimum of confusion.

I'd be more inclined towards a stable layout. Images and text always in the same positions and taking up the same space. If the text takes up too much space - remove words or reduce font size.

Thanks, do you have a preference for landscape or portrait layouts?
I'm going to be redoing all of the text as I'd rather have the weapon as the first entry instead of the default alphabetical arrangement that the squad builder provides.

Landscape. With the way boardgames work, you want to maximise usable table space. This usually means wide areas for each player (between the board and the table edge) that aren't very tall (in my experience).
