So besides playing roller derby, getting blocked hard which ended up with me smacking my chin on concrete and getting 13 stitches. I have also been working on some vampires. This is the first vampire that has been colored. Now on the image above I outlined everything with a slightly darker color to try and lessen the starkness of the black line work. I think it works rather well. Oh I also tried a different coloring style from my slayer to see if it would speed the coloring process up. Here is the original without the colored outlines for comparison. -Audrey

hey Audrey-nice work!
I think the first version looks a tad better than the second, but there's honestly not much in it!
Looking forward to the reverse!
Hope the chin is healing up-the last bout I was at had one of the girls dislocate her jaw from a high shoulder block then popping it back in when she hit the floor. Not cool!

I'm thinking the second one will look better when it's printed since the hard lines would be easier to see. It's lookin' good. Do you have any others planned? Sorry to hear about the chin but it looks like it healed nicely.

Paper figure lovers it is time to rejoice. I just increased my productivity by 200%, hahaha . That's right 2 figures in 2010. I am rocking now. Seriously, here is vampire initiate pretty much done. After seeing Adam's "Daniel" I decided to make two versions. So you have an option for a more traditional vampire and then a 30 Days of Night style vamp. At least my slayer now has someone to stab with a pointy stick. Hope you like them. -Audrey

Nicely done. The second one reminds me a bit of a Nosferatu type vampire.

I like this one, he doesn't look like a guy who'd be a vampire. Wait, did that even make sense? Looks good in any case.
