Last year I moved house and then got so busy that I never completed these space adventurer models I was so excited about.. Apologies to those waiting for them I veered back toward 15mm miniatures, because I realized I actually like painting toys.. but I don't really enjoy sweating in front of a computer making paper figures. Not that there's anything wrong with that The good news (well, for me anyway) is that after a huge burst of painting and modeling, I decided to make some printable spaceship interiors. I think they are looking pretty good (better than my attempts at figures anyway) You can check out an early test piece on my new blog: tinysolitarysoldiers.blogspot.com/I'll probably have a stab at selling the whole kit when it's finished, as a little experiment to keep me motivated. I'll stop typing now before I promise something I don't deliver again..

Nice blog you have there. I really like the pics and the terrain that you have built. The batrep was nice to see as well. The CR3 system is actually pretty decent once you get used to the differences between it and the usual game mechanics that most skrimish games are built on. I will have to check in on what you're up to from time to time--way to go!

If you bought a roboutter, your assembly time drops to nothing. I made an entire 1000 point elf army in a single afternoon, although I didn't edge them. That ended up taking forever, and I wished I hadn't, as the high elf models Jim made us look just fine with the white edges. lol

Welcome back!
The paper spaceship interior looks really nice. I'm in the middle of building a Firstlight based space station, and something like this will be a good fit for what I already have.
Since you aren't interested in the space ship crew anymore, could you release the original files for coloring/moding?

Now that Jim has generously released all the Onemonk stuff for free, and Ed at THW has CR 3 up for free at his site, there's no reason (beyond not having access to a printer..) for anyone not to try a game I'll hunt around for the files, I think I archived them.
