I've being doing some heavy modding in photoshop to creat custom minis for my own group and just finished the first one. It's my own character, the elven mage Aramil Aram'Locke. As you guys can see my photoshoping skills are far from perfect, if somebody can make it look better please fell free to do so. Also, the mini is based on a mage with the face of the celtic immortal from the the hoard. The Celtic Immortal is by A. Short and the mage is by J. Hartman and Floyd.

It's good to know that you liked it. Sadly i can't figure out how to make Daniel Label, the human paladin we have. There's no real good base and i have to make from scratch (which i can't, because i can't draw) or adapt from images with very different drawing style and i can't figure out how to make something with at least the same quality as the first one.

Nice job! I think it works perfectly fine. As far as a Paladin reference goes... Did you have a look at the Cleric model from the Dungeon Adventurers set? You might also try the one from the Evil Knights set. You have the skills to quite easily make it a Good Knight. Stick with it...and you'll get even better. ~Floyd

I'll post how it's going right now. Some feedback would be nice.

Nice job on the Elf. After reading threw the topic, I checked out my other parts sets, but it would just take me forever to break up all the parts again so anyone could make figures from them.
Unless anyone who owns and uses Deneba Canvas wants to take a try at ungrouping and separating the parts from assembled figures, it will just be something that will not get done. If anyone does want to try to modify the originals, just fire me a PM and I'll send you the original model files. JIM
