enpeze = a sort of odd german pronounciation of "NPC" (non-player-character)

Wouldn't call it odd, although I wouldn't have recognized as such.

I'm a fan of H.P. Lovecraft and since Arkham is such a oft referenced locale in his writings I thought it'd be a nifty name. Unfortunately everyone seems to think I'm an inmate in the bloody Arkham Asylum. Oh well...

It's my main character's World of Warcraft name, an undead warlock, that I've been playing since the game came out (since 2004).

I'm a wrestling nerd. Used to go by KaneTaker on a lot of wrestling forums and decided to shorten it to just Kane when available. He is also a distant cousin of mine. LOL

Well, when i was 16, my Biology/Science teacher started a D&D Club. Wanting to get in good with him, I joined, not understanding RPG's (because there weren't any of then in the mid-80's...)
We were to make two characters, mine were KILADECUS, an illusionist/magic user, and PHAGATUS, the cleric.
Everyone that played HATED the illusionist (who looked like the Horned King from the BLACK COULDRON), and LOVED the cleric (I was the only one that could heal the party...).
So, as the group grew, we had to thin our party, and the first to go was Kiladecus... I liked the name, and kept that as my psudonym on-line. I even made a game about 10-15 years ago using that same name, "KILADECUS: The Balance of Power."
My wife still laughs everytime she reads that in a forum.

I used to be a HUGE battletech fan (Played since it started back in the mid 80's) until the unfortunate closing of Fasa and the horrible birth of that clik based game that replaced it. My handle came from playing and reading the novels over the years. Seems like there is a point in every battle when your battlemech is running hot but you want that one last shot to finish off the enemy. To achieve this in the novels they always slap the Emergency Override button to keep their reactor from scramming. Some guys would do it more than once. Not a tactic I would want to use when sitting on a nuclear reactor but it makes for a good read. When I lived in Dallas they had a place there called Virtual World that had electronic Battlemech simulators. We would do weekly leagues and site link with other places around the world that had them. It was very cool. Well I got into the habit of using the Emergency Override keypad in the simulators to get that last shot off. Sometimes it worked and sometimes I shut down. SO basically it stands for always wanting to squeeze that last bit of fun out of everything. ;D

Reverend Gunn was my second and only surviving Boot Hill character from like... 87 or so. He fought werewolves, vampires and the Voodoo Queen of New Orleans back in the day. In about 95, I brought him back in a supernatural western with d6 rules, but he was more of a villain then. Then Deadlands came out...
Since then, I've used it as a band name, and forum handle in some places.

Well you see, in high school I had this friend. We used to always say, "Your mom naked!" Sometimes I go on kicks where I just add naked onto things. For example someone might say "that movie was really lousy!" I would respond by saying "your mom was really lousy... Naked!"
I know, it's strange and silly, but naked has just stuck with me so I use it for stuff.

Mine was used when I was playing RPG games on PCs back in the 90's. The first part was taken from my name "Eddie" while the second part "nic" sounds like "strength" in my language.

In 1986-87, when in Spain this rules were translated, I was one of the playtesters. The firs traduction was from my friend Eduardo (GW "stolen" us the rights some years afther when they decided enter in the Spanish market... We cease to be useful for them after entering your games in Spain for years)
Now, I'm Roguetrader in every forums, and in my comunity of RPG by web, or in facebook, etc... My real name is Manuel (Manu).

Not very interesting, it is my last name. But for a interesting history, it seems to be derived from the word Halberd, or at least that is what some bogus genealogy website said about this name. My first name is Tiago, and that can also be derived from the latin word 'Didacus', Teacher. So I created the character of "Teacher Halberd", who teaches roleplayers to make paper minis in Brazilian blogs (where I call him Professor Alabarda): www.roleplayer.com.br/tag/miniaturas-de-papel/

Yeah, as of late, I would have to say that based on Hackbarth's post, KILADECUS must be Latin for "Kitbasher!" ;D I have now started to incorporate 40K accessories onto my papercraft! Madness, I say... sheer madness!
