Ok, lets cut to the chase; I recently got the pc game majesty 2 and it looks like a really good game with nice graphics and the suchlike but my problem is that i cant zoom in. I am playing it on a laptop with the touchpad and when i try to scroll with the scroll bar on the side of the touchpad it does nothing (this is what is used to zoom in). The scroll bar is working but just not ingame. I had this same problem with Medieval 2 total war but as you can edit the controls on there i managed to change it to page up page down. If any of you saints new the answer to my woe, i would be very greatful.
cheers

I loved the original Majesty game from Microprose. I didn't know they made Majesty 2! Ok, that doesn't help fix the scrolling problem. I actually don't know how to fix that in games. Whenever I laptop game I use a portable mouse. They are fairly cheep now days. Now I'll have to go check out Majesty 2...

It looks like such a nice game. To b honest a portable mouse would be the best idea, i think i shall do that. I never played the first majesty game but i keep seeing it in shops. I should pick it up some time.

I've got the same problems with Microsoft mouses: the drivers did'nt make Microsoft VisualBasic IDE working with the mouse wheel. So i've always forced all my mouses to work with generic Logitech drivers, which always solved the problem. I don't know if the same solution may works... if you feel confortable to tamper with drivers (and the problems that may arise) i'd try this way.
