I just wish to thank everyone who had a hand in setting up this marvellous board, my wife, my mother, my daughter who keeps surprising me (by crawling into our bed in the middle of the night, soaking wet... uhm...), my makeup-artist... Yeah, I know, I'll shut up now. Expect updates on ongoing projects and ideas soon, starting with a desparate attempt to give this thread meaning. Walking Papercut releases so far: Walled Up! - magical and elemental wall effects for your game! Zone Markers - keep track of zones, areas and important spots Ritual Circles - free!Little Nippers - dragons (or wyrms) that you can fly! Papercut Express - free! - Take the train and go where the tracks lead you! Oracle of Dragon Teeth - predict the future! (might not actually predict the future) Trophies: Shrunken Heads - free! - Why would you want them? Well... you tell me! (Please!)

Yeah, no prob. Jim was going to manage some of those kinds of things but since he's not here much I figured I better learn how to do it. Keep up the good work.

To keep everyone informed, I'm going a little slow these days. My enthusiasm has been crippled by several projects that did not get off the ground, and a spell of sick caught up with me last week. Some day I need to learn how to produce exact fits for shapes more complex than a square, and more importantly tackle sandwich folds in Metasequoia, something that has yet refused to work properly...
It is my intention to work more on my second campaign for my group and develope stuff alonside it, we'll see how that will turn out.
At least I got around to installing a switch in my Lightbox and add a pencil sharpener for good meassure.

I have yet to figure out what it does, though, it appears to be using the pencils I feed it to power some steam engine, and I think I'm hearing a strange humming noise... ;D

Oh my... It's been almost year, and, what a year it's been. Well, not exactly, and I guess that's the problem. It wasn't a bad year, but one when I did not find the time to do any of the things I wanted to papercraft-wise - not, I should say, to the extend that I would have liked, or the extend that would be required to make any of it public. For now, all I can sway is that I might have the bug again, but I won't make any promises - just like I don't remember anyone remembering who I am .

So... Yeah. Five years. Glad to see you guys are still around!
And either this post means that I am serious with picking up where I left of (albeit slowly), or I will continue the trend and post again in 15 years... Let's hope for the former. Would be great to get into things again, and make some of those ideas I had for Walking Papercut reality.

oldschooldm That was you? Thanks! (I know that is a common joke to make, but it is close to accurate). Did you use them? What do you think? I'd appretiate the heck out of any feedback you could give me! I have been meaning to revisit some of my old projects and revamp the information given and maybe add videos on how to use them. The walls are high up on that (short) list.

I used the texture to print on transparency to make a "force curtain" - I really liked the effect. When I get Photobucket working, I'll share the build photos here.
The players never stopped on the level of the tower that had them, so no in-play photos - yet!

The players never stopped on the level of the tower that had them, so no in-play photos - yet! Love it! (Though I hate it when they walk straight past the cool stuff...). Looking forward to your photos - and any other feedback you could give me, like whether there were headaches at some point that I could fix.
