In general, however, I am in favor of modesty. It is my opinion that civilizations begin their downward spiral when the role of womanhood is cheapened and no longer respected, and when a people loses its morality. Just my own personal thoughts on the matter. Personally, I feel that it's the thought that counts, meaning that you can respect a naked woman and disrespect one by making her cover herself up. I do not want this to be a discussion about ethics and morality - it would lead nowhere, after all. All I mean to say is that I'd be glad if paper minis had such a huge impact on society . (Just to add my personal view, I think that the downward spiral is a rather complex creature, and can also be started when kids don't know about sexuality due to parents trying to protect them from bad influences - usually by putting them in front of a TV, so go figure. Yeah, I'll shut up). On topic, I think as far as protection goes the Chainmail Bikini isn't bogus because it doesn't protect important parts, but because if a woman decides to fight with the important parts unprotected she doesn't need a Chainmail Bikini and might as well fight naked (that is assuming a conscious decision on the character's part, for example assuming that she's too nimble to be hit by a sword anyway.

I'm far more worried about a culture that goes so far as to make it's women dress up like Ninjas and show no skin at all, even though most of their mother countries are incredibly hot. If you remove all of the things that various cultures enforce on people, then what you are left with is nudity, so it can't be bad. As long as it's personal choice, then it's fine. I've never seen a paper mini that comes close to being as provocative a perfume advert.

As much as I love a good chainmail bikini, I have to admit they are very unrealistic and are pure fantasy. That's why my wife prefers something a little more practical... she wears a chainmail dress with a leather corset for added midriff protection (^_^) If someone would like to immortalize her as a paper fig, please be my guest... she would get a kick out of it. And, no... that's not me with her... There's also her "studded leather" armor as well. And no... that's not me either (^_^) Srsly? Nobody noticed that is Chuck Liddell? Srsly?

Chuck Liddell? I don't who he is know either. Though the woman (won't say "girl" in case someone gets offended by my classifying women as "girls") looks like she'd make a good Imperfect Warrior piece. Dryw the Harper
