It's looking like July 7th is good for the release date for Serene Fist Set Two: Ninja vs Samurai.

The Easter Egg is awesome !!
I also like that you included the ability to disable the text. It's a great ink saving feature.
EDIT: Posted a review of the set on both my Blog and Drive Through RPG.

Awww, thanks! That means a lot! I spent my day working on the rules for the Skirmish game I'm developing. I took some time and worked out a Role Playing system to go with it. I wonder if I should flesh this out. Any interest? It's VERY rules-lite. You can make up a character and start playing within 5 minutes.
edit: Adam, thanks for that awesome review. I have another Ninja and Samurai set ready to go for the next week or so. More Easter Egg goodies there as well. I think you will like the fantasy set as well with lots of colour options and swappable weapons!

I'm gonna have some fun with the samurai, but I think the Easter egg alone is worth the price!
I'd love to be able to set down with you and role some dice testing your skirmish system. I've been fiddling with my own for your up-coming Whiplash Trigger Okay Corral set. I may post some things in the rules section of your new forum!
Have fun! Steve

That's amazing! Thanks for picking up the books! Which ones did you get? I recently looked over the fantasy manga one and have been thinking it'd be fun to use some of those ideas for more paper minis.

I have another Ninja and Samurai set ready to go for the next week or so. I was wondering about that. You had mentioned a Samurai and Ninja Archer at one point. Looking forward to the next set. I meant every word of the review. Your art is top notch, and the extra features/options put your products on a pedestal above the competition.

David, I am THOROUGHLY enjoying your books! I bought: Manga Fantasy Madness Manga Madness I also bought Manga Monster Madness but was sent the wrong book I've sent it back and will be receiving the correct one shortly! My issue has been hands and attaching a head to a body (but apparently this is almost universal!). I'll continue to move forward, practicing a bit each day. My ultimate goal is to be able to draw pics for my kids and of course create my own minis... I've been involved with Jim for years but only as a tester and consultant. I think it's high time I kick myself into gear and learn how to draw! So, thank you again for your wonderful books, awesome approach, and for sharing them with wannabe artists like me! onemonkeybeau
