Ok! I am pretty happy. ;D I have had the hardest time when it comes to scale. I have decided instead of doing my drawings at 5 inches tall and trying to shrink them down to 20% of the original size, I decided I would do my drawings at 25mm/1 inch. Well... it was fine in theory... with my abilities being what they are, I had the hardest time getting the proportion right. I think I am on the right track (finally). Please keep in mind that 98% of my art supplies are in storage from our move, so I am using ink pens and sharpie markers! Oh well... I am sure that you get the idea. Any thoughts?

I had to break these up. This is my 25mm figure... a Xiarn Dynasty Warrior.

Here is. K'Vyk and a Rosinski Mutant. (Please remember these are quick sketches). This break down the scale fairly well (using graph paper). I am hoping that when I get to where I can scan the images into a computer that the blue graph lines will disappear. If not, then I will draw the pictures on the graph paper and then trace them to standard paper - similar to how I do the backs. Ok... thanks for your attention!

Here are a couple more pencil sketches. I know this is nothing great, but this means now that I should be able to submit more drawings here, and MAY be able to re-draw my undead figures and we may see certain Tomb set come to fruition! Ok... thanks again for taking the time to look at my work.

Interesting, I like the look of them. I'm going in the opposite direction. The first figures I drew were straight in 28mm scale (for instance, the ones for Mutants and Death Ray Guns) but I found out I couldn't add much detail doing that. The good part is that this makes them perfect for 15mm scale. More recently, I started trying to draw them at around 4" tall and scale down after scanning.

Ok... here is a test of my WIGHT KNIGHT (no, it isn't a type-o...) Once I get my drawing pens out of storage we will see better detail (I hope)! Bb: I know it is exciting to see a skeleton in color! (Let's pretend I am making progress)!

I've just been drawing my items somewhere between actual scale and twice actual scale and then I just resize them as a layer over the 30mm Drawing paper with guidelines that Jim provided us years back.
