The Viking set I am finishing up tonight is driving me crazy, but it will provide tons of options. There are three colours/clothes/hair layers, a sword, and axe, a spear and a bow layer as well as a shield layer. Och, it's driving me mad. There are 12 vikings, times 3 for the colours (that's 36), four weapons (108 armed options), plus an optional shield layer (216 possibilities). Ok, my math could be wrong there, but that's a LOT of figures for $2.50.

Ok. so what program do you do your drawing in? You could always sell your elements to use in that program. Remember the "Mighty Men and Monster Maker" from the late 70's/early 80'?

Ok, I built a hover tank, then a tank/troop transport. Then came a jetfighter... he needed an adversary... I give you my K'Vyk heavy Areospace fighter, the VAMPIRE BAT.

Its sleek design makes it very maneuverable and tight wingspan configuration allows it to turn on a dime and spiral a full 360 without deviating from its course! I has 4 fixed quad-linked projection cannons that allow it to fire all of its weaponry at one target. It carries 4 energy projection shields which make a frontal attack all but moot against this beast... However... there is one more detail...

It sports 4 sub-light nacelles with atmospheric convertors allowing it to moove as freely through gravity controlled environments as easily as it does through space. Much of the body is made up of a grill/mess material making it very lightweight, and maintainibg its speed. Power collectors on all four sides, and on each winh allow it to covert sunlight into energy. That is redirected to power the engines, weapons and shield generators. I don't know... I kinda think it reminds me of the Borg meets Babylon 5.

I am a man possessed! Here is yet ANOTHER model I whipped up today. I was talking to Vermin King a couple of months ago and we were discussing a hover bike model that you could put figures in. I am not sure you would consider this a "bike." I call it my HOVER SLED.

It had four independent hover motors so repairs are easy. (Think of it as four industrial-strength lawnmowers... on steroids)! This little nipper is fast and maneuverable and can turn on a dime!

Of course it has an interior that features rich Corintian leather...

I had to make this one twice due to mechanical difficulties and problems with the layout. No worries though. I made use of the extra heavy bol---, I mean, "heavy machine-gun" and put two on this prototype. This shows what sparked THE ERA OF WAR!* The SKELETRON wouldn't give the PSI-BORG a turn on the sled... next thing you know... *- THE ERA OF WAR! Is the working title for the game I am creating. (In case you wondered, or cared)!

Yeah, me, too! It is pretty fast and with twin heavy *machine-guns* it has decent range and pretty good punch to its attack. The downside is it isn't very well armored, and a few SKELETRONS tore though it like... well, paper, actually! The best feature is I can print out everything I need to make it on one piece of cardstock. I am thinking this is in my top 5 favorite models of all times! (Based on simplicity, cost and overall "coolness" of the finished product. By far the best thing I ever designed!

Here it is after the third volley of machine-gun fire. The good thing is the pilot escaped with his life before it caught fire!

I forgot where I found that... it works! I have some smaller fires I use to mark wounds, and these to mark when a unit is destroyed.

Using magnets and washers (and thumbtacks) I made a piece that was modular that could turn it into a transport...

so, as I was putting stuff away today, I accidently stacked this up like so... Now, I think that looks very cool! (And yes that is one of Okumarts ninjas with a sub-machine gun circa Ebbles miniatures)!

I think so, come to think of it. It works VERY well. I wish I still had the file to make more. They are gone forever on my old computer, God rest its circuits.

Whoo-Hoo! Thanks, Dave! That is awesome. I lost a LOT of files when my computer died. Luckily, I had quite a bit of them backed up... unfortunately many were on mu USB drive, and it is MIA since our move earlier this year. I sure hope it resurfaces!

I am working on another model... it is another tank. It is a liitle more tradtional (unless I do something out of left field). I have managed to redo my tank treads. I gave them protective shielding...

I may make a little larger tank (after seeing what I did with the three-layered tank). If I do, I will do a double-track like this. I may even add a section in between them to make them even bigger. If I went that route I would do a less conventional box-type housing that would be a little smaller than the tracks. Kinda like a certain model by those one guys before they switched up their designs... if you know what I mean! ;D
