And here's a test print with the figures scaled to 20mm from head to foot, and 20mm square bases -- my Qwik playing field has a 2" square grid.  |

First figure with front outline and colors. I'm using a layer of flat colors and another layer set to "mutiply" with gray shadows. Not the best way to do shading but I guess it works in this small scale AND it makes it very easy to do recolors for different teams.  |
