Hey, you guys are great. Thanks for your compliments. They might be a bit over generous, but I'll take them anyways. One thing that I thought would be cool for this set is to do them in 2 or 3 different variations in color. One, a typical orcy green, another a more dull green, and perhaps a darker olive type color. That way with layered pdf, you can choose which variation you like best.

I'm in the middle of drawing the backsides. I'll finish the backs today and work on painting them this weekend. The backside is always the crappiest part.

I really like the "orc-y" details like the pointed shape of the shields. It's like they're saying, "I could defend myself with this shield, but I'd still like the option to stab you with it!"
Or in the orc language: "Whraaarrgh!!!" bash-stab-stab

I am creating my design sketches for an orc army. I need some help in deciding which style to use. Below are some concept sketches of three different styles that am working with. Have a look and cast a vote. Your input is important. think you've left one out, you should included Lord of the rings type of orc also, the original the book, not the movie.

Man Rhannon, you are quite the slave driver! Lol. Well, you know what they say: "Where there's a whip, there's a way."
I am going to get the orcs cranked out this weekend.

Up in the middle of the night again working on orcs. Good times! Gotta go back to bed though. The kids will be up soon. Actually, I think I'll go for a run, and plan a nice nap for later.
Sunday morning is my deadline to have these guys done. Then I'll get them over to Nik for release.

Ah Crap! Well, I'm done now, so I'm not too far behind. Nice Whip cracking there Parduz. I like it. Here's a look at the overall progress. They should also be available in various shades of Orc. Hopefully they'll be up by this next weekend.
