I made up one that would be fun, make more sense, and not injure the paper wrestlers as much ! Two players each have a figure. They decide what position to put their paper wrestler selves in, like punch, kick, throw, etc. One of them or a referee say 1, 2, 3, go, and they throw the figures at each other to where they will collide. There can be different rules, depending on what position the wrestlers land in, whether or not they land in the ring, what place in the ring they land in, etc. For example, if you're playing best two out of three, the player on top of the other wins the round, if one player lands outside the ring, he loses. If they both land by themselves or are both out of the ring it's a draw. If you're playing by points, you can assign different points to different areas of the ring, like center is 15 points, corners are 10, and the others are 5. I think this is pretty cool! Please respond and tell me what you think! Thanks!

I'm not trying to be rude, but PLEASE comment! I want to know if this is a good idea or if it should go more in depth for more advanced players. I already got two variations started:
Game 1:
Play for best 2 out of 3 (or however many you want). If one player’s wrestler or one of their limbs are on top of the other wrestler, they win that round.
Game 2:
Play for points. Full pins, where the figure’s body is clearly over the other one, score 10. Partial pins, where only part of the figure’s body, or one of his limbs, is over the other one’s body, score 5. In addition, pins in the center of the ring are 15 points, pins in the corners are 10, and pins in the remaining spaces are 5.

It doesn't seem to me like there is any strategy involved, so I don't think it would be an interesting game for very long. It reminds me a little of a game that was around when I was in college called "Tequila Pigs." You threw three little plastic pigs up in the air and depending on how they landed you had to drink a certain number of shots of tequila. If you weren't getting plastered there was no reason to play. BTW I only ever read the rules, I never played.

Oh, so maybe I should stick to just playing with them like action figures because if there is any strategy involved, gameplay will take a long time, because this is so different and no one has done anything like this before. But I am thinking about a more advanced system, but it won't be as advanced as a lot of your games you have here. Hey does anyone know of some ways to play this game that involves physical moves of the figures and is fast and easy to pick up, but still requires some stretegy?

On the other hand it is a bit like "battling tops" or "rockem sockem" and other similar games that were around when I was a kid. Maybe you want to make costumes your mother would approve of and work on it as a kids game. These kids seem to be into it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=75U1H6_qURM

Yeah, there are a BUNCH of kids (and a few teens and young adults like me) out on YouTube who make custom pro wrestling figures, rings, belts, weapons, etc, and it's a whole subculture! This just might be very popular with them. And by the way Prissy Fox was the only character my mom complained about.

And this is a fun timekiller at lunchbreaks, as well as a random, silly, unpredictable hobby game. But my main reason for making this game is so people can have the satisfaction and enjoyment of creating or customizing wrestlers and wrestling as them. Sorta like slot cars or electric football; a miniature representation of a sport that might not be all that accurate, but is still fun and entertaining! I like pro wrestling video games and creating my own characters on them, but for me, it doesn't compare to making a tangible wrestler out of card stock or clay, and wrestling as them. I like to work with my hands!

Yeah, I like painstakingly simple games like this! And I wasn't planning on selling it either, just putting the figures, accessories, and rings online for free if anyone wanted to try it.
