Here's the completed landing pad, with an observation tower serving as control tower and an outpost serving as an equipment/fuel shack. Building all the small gun ports and buttresses with tweezers cost me a little sanity but it was worth

And here's a heavy kitbash of Finger and Toe's LIAM converted to 15mm. Serves as the remains of a research complex (maybe with some ruins scattered around it) or the entrance to an underground vault (to be built with Omega Prime.) Oh and I forgot to add, both on this picture and on the landing pad the figures are the space crew from Spacejacker.

Today I built the apothecary, which completes my set of Rake's Corner buildings. Here's an updated view of the map with all of them, along with a few others (tenements, cabin, longhouse and a cart.)

Very nice. How much did you have to reduce the LIAMs pieces to get them to 15mm?

Thanks, Vermin King. The reduction scale was different for some pieces: 50% for the floor and ceiling, 20% for the walls and 22% for the door (that I cut and pasted on some walls.) I scaled the ladders to 50% and then cut and edited them to match the new wall height (1".)

So, it looks like I'll add something like LIAM in my 15mm queue. This is great news! Also, if I may give my opinion, more walls and ramps for slagtown would be very welcome. Maybe also an industrial version of the S-Cube with power tools or claws instead of weapons, to work with the Slagtown: Salvage truck... By the way, I've started building some sci-blocks... will post pictures when I have enough to build a terrain piece.

Just a silly composition using Glenn's multigun and a Fat Dragon building. Reminded me of the game Atom Zombie Smasher, where you can mount howitzers on buildings to destroy hordes of zombies (and anything else in the blast radius.)

I really love that great collection of 15mm stuff. I actually like 15mm since you can fit so much more on a smaller space but the detail in the models can be difficult to see at the small scale (or even lost entirely). Not really a big deal when playing because the it all still looks fine but when taking pictures (with our large megapixel cameras) you can notice the difference. Maybe some day I'll be able get back to my 15mm stuff. Again, good work.

Thanks Nik. I agree, a significant amount of detail and texture is lost at the reduced scale but they still make lovely pieces for gaming. This is the board I set up today for a quick game of FUBAR using my new terrain. More pics on my blog...

Here's a new kitbash created with Glenn's sets. It is mostly Omega Prime but there are some textures and pieces from Slagtown: Eden, Salvage and Watchtower 2, and Sci Blocks. I've also built my first S-Cube mech and even at 15mm it is easy to build. Here is the outside view of the base.

Here is a view of the second floor, with the ladder access to the first floor.

And finally, a view of the first floor, from a different angle. The sci blocks and control panels are not glued so that I can change the layout of the base. This is my most extensive kitbash so far, it took me some hours to plan and build but it was really fun.

Wow, that an amazingly professional kitbash! There's a "upper room" expansion for Omega Prime in the queue, but that's an impressive solution.

I basically used the stacking system that you provide with Salvage and the multi-story Warehouse. The modularity of the pieces is really inviting to create new models.

Here's the first car from Grendels_Mother64 that I have built, in 15mm scale. It's easy to build even at this reduced size (just be sure to use tweezers to press the pieces together while the glue takes) and the result is beautiful. Now I'll have to build a lot more cars to use as cover in street firefights or escape vehicles in zombie scenarios
