This week I'm planning to release some more PSD Photoshop file packs for some of my existing models. Do you have some favorites you'd like to see in this format?

The sci-fi outpost would be nice. Or maybe the bunker deluxe kit for infinite kitbashing possibilities

Hi Dave
I have a question that I hope you (or someone who's got them already) can answer re the PSD files. I was just wondering at what state they're at. I know they're obviously finished as they're the files you did the PDFs from, but if I were to buy them can I output something similar to your PDFs straight away or is there a lot of work to do?
I'm very familiar with Photoshop (worked with it for most of its 20 years), and very familiar with interactive PDFs, but not outputting the one from the other.
So, if I have Photoshop CS3, would you still advise getting the PDFs if I want something fairly quickly, or are the PSD files pretty much ready to print in a similar way to the PDFs?
Mike

Most of my older stuff, say 2010 and before, are not set up ready to print straight away. You'd have to rotate the individual sections and/or consolidate different sections onto one page to avoid wasting paper. But the layers aren't all scattered around or anything, it's just that they're not all set up on 8.5x11 sheets ready to print, like my newer stuff.
My newer models (2011 and on) are more likely to be set up the way you'd see them in the final PDFs.
I don't think it's hard to work with either version, especially if you're a little familiar with Photoshop already. There's nothing fancy going on in my PSD files that will require special knowledge. If you know how to turn Photoshop layers on and off, and if you know how to drag a group of layers from one PSD file into another, you'll have no problem with these.
