I didn't see where anyone had started a thread about this. I think I will have to whip something up for this. It would give me an excuse to finish my Rosinski Mutant, as well as possibly do some more work on my Cyber-Cats! (This would qualify as BOTH a beastman AND a mutant, right?)  |

I have wanted to finish this for nearly a year, and this Horde gave me an excuse! Here is the first outline of my ROSINSKI MUTANT. Yes, I realize there are no arms. I have something special planned for THAT! Well... I will post more as I finish it. This may be the biggest figure I have ever done!  |

I did the back and started the arms. Simply choose which weapons you want and slip them over the spike on the shoulders. Hope to color and re-size them by the middle of next week, then I can do some test builds. Once I know that they work, I can finish the rest of the arms.  |

I have the CHAINSABRE and the AUTO-CANNON, and will make one blank, so you can add any weapon you want. Once I get the scale right, I may make one that arm that has flaps so you can attach 3D weapons.
This mutant (actually, it is a Mutant-Alien-Cyborg-Zombie... but why split hairs) has got a lot of potential.
Now I just have to finish it before the deadline.

Ok. I made a great break-through with this tonight! If all goes as planned, I may have it finished by this weekend. There will be a couple Mutants per page and over a dozen arms to choose from (having two sets of each). Ok... I need to get off here and start drawing!  |

Well, I think I may either drop the Rosinski Mutant idea altogether, or maybe just switch to static arms. I am not very happy with the results. I did do up this little nugget tonight. I just have to rescale him. Any thoughts? I figure if nothing else, Hackbarth may have a use for it. It might qualify as both beastman and mutant.  |

I have been procrastinating about doing some figures for this months horde, so I just need to do it. I haven't touched my drawing stuff in over two months ,so I am a little rusty, but I must get back to it. With this in mind I'll do some figures for this months horde, but only do one at a time to completion, so I know I have some done for sure. i'll do as many as I can, I really want to get back up to speed on the figure design front, I simply have thousands of ideas doodled out and listed to make... Some thumbnail sketches from now and as far back as 2004:    The first one I want to do is the minotaur looking strait on, I really like the menacing look of this one, and want to try to keep that look into a large clean drawing. Hopefully tomorrow night. I plan to force myself to draw something every night from now on, even if it's just doodles. JIM |

Been watching your videos and you're doing great! Glad to see it. Man, I'm inspired now. I may have to see about making something this month. I haven't actually made anything for the horde since the old MMIP days and the things from the deep showcase. Hmmmm....beastmen and mutants. ;D
