Field Tents in progress

I'm back to work on models after a long break. One of the first requests I ever got was for military field tents, and for whatever reason that's what I've decided to set up for my next models. (I probably shouldn't post this without pictures, and I'll get some up later today.)

I'm going to release 2 different sets.

The Field Tents set will contain pup tents, small tents (about 2"x2" footprint) and medium-sized tents (3"x4") for the grunts. The medium-sized tent will also work as a medical tent.

The Command Tents set will contain a tent with a 4"x6" footprint. This one will give you the option of exterior-only or an accessible interior, with a lift-off roof, 2D floor piece insert (which can also be used on its own!), and a few pieces of 3D furniture.

For both of these sets, they will be multi-layered PDFs with lots of color options and a few extras, and I'll release the PSD files for kitbashing.

And these will probably come with the option to be fold-flat models, so they'll be easy to store.

The Field Tents should be ready before the end of the year, and the Command Tents should be coming along a few days after that.

I'm getting near to completing the first set of Field Tents, which will contain the three smaller sizes of tents (not the Command Tent, which is big enough to be on its own and will be released later).

I've finished the multi-layered PDFs, and in the next couple of hours I'll set up the single-layered PDFs for easy printing.

Kinda nice to be doing this again. It's been a long time!

Sometimes you just need to recharge those batteries.
This looks excellent! I can see me using it in everything from ww2 games to modern horror or military and even sci fi games.

Buh. I haven't been able to get the store-flat versions to work well, so I'm just abandoning that option. That means I can move straight on to completing this set for release. Expect to see the first set of Field Tents sometime in the next 24 hours.
