Thanks Ryan I'm now closing off submissions for this hoard (except Squirmydad). So if you missed the deadline you'll need to drop it through on Decembers hoard. To maximize build time for everyone I'm going to do a staged release on this hoard: 1st - Layout and test build then zip the cut files and page for miniatures - 90% Complete 2nd - Layout and test build then zip and cutfiles for the Snow Tiles - 20% Complete (had a set back ) 3rd - Once Squirmydad is done wrap it all together and take a final photo and upload as complete Zip for posting to main Hoard pages. This should give people maximum time to build and add things to armies during Dec

Thanks for the exception. How is the health of your robo-cutter? I'm gsd files as I go and I'll be including them in the package. Likewise, if you're swamped, I'll try to take a better final pic for you. Will you be filling the page with toy soldiers so that we can print out Minigun Santa and a whole squad at once? Because that'd be neat.

Robos working okay no slippages yet in about a dozen or so pages. I have noticed a slight misalignment left to right but I may have just dropped those pages through a little crooked some come out spot on others a little off. If you do a final pic that would be really great. I can then either use it as is or simply perform some GIMP magic to make it all appear as one picture. I did some flippy replicating stuff with the Privates so it's a full page of mini's plus Santa's. I've run the page through the cutter just need to glue them together

Excellent backdrop.
I have a question for Admin/Mod folks.
Each year, various websites have a Christmas model page, like Delta7Studios, Racepaper.DE, etc. Could we have two holiday sections that are only turned on during the appropriate seasons, with links to the appropriate hoards? I was thinking a Halloween Thread and a Christmas Thread. Just making them invisible the rest of the year? Just a thought.

Great job! That is some mighty fine background-eraser work Sirrob. As a point of interest, the captain of the landship Reinhold is not actually included in this HOARD. The files are up on the website where they should be. And do you know what this means: WE ARE UP TO DATE! Sirrob has most certainly performed a superhuman feat!
