Here are the final sketches for the figures I'm making in the Papercuts competition.I also had the Netherlord listed but just don't think I have the time to get that one done as well, besides, doing it 2.5D would be the best way to make it. Another project for another day.
Anyway, I am a bit less rusty than I thought, it helps I have to do lots of sketches for work.
The next step for me is to scan and scale them up twice the size so I can do clean drawings of them front and back, hopefully tomorrow!

They look like a lot of fun; I may have to learn enough to stat them up for Pathfinder to play them against my son, soon.

Just a non progress update, that I have been trying to finish some other gaming projects, painting all my D&D adventure board game series miniatures for playing.
Anyway, I am seriously getting burned out on painting, and will pick these up where I left off. JIM

If I wrote "non progress" reports NOTHING else would get done.

Yea, I know what you mean ,I could fill a blog with non productive updates... Here is a half ass update of the figures, at least the big guy. I am still trying to get a handle on my anatomy again, I am still rusty with that, I think I'm trying to do to much angled perspective and need to get the torso straight on. In this I have the original drawing scanned, scaled up 200% then printed out. I use this to trace the final figure art. it's large enough to make the details easy, but still shows me how to proportion everything so it looks good once it's scaled back down. Sometimes it can take several iterations of these tracings to get the drawing the way I want, time to start over on this guy!
