Thanks, Spaceranger. I was familiar with the site already, since Inked Adventures has done some tiles through them, and I was checking them out for that purpose (only 3.5" square though, and I want 4"). I hadn't seen this part. The card stand (triangular profile) is 3/4" x 3/4" base (19.3x19.05 mm) and holds single-thickness cardstock (maybe double would be okay), and the game stand (square base) is 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" base (32 x 32 mm) with a gap suitable for chipboard thickness if I read the description right. I just wish they'd have clear ones, but these are nearly as good an option as the Pathfinder Beginner Box pawn bases I use sometimes.

Those game stands look like they will hold carstock figures which are generally doubled over, but I am going to see if they can clarify via email.

Wow. Clear would be great. I wonder if anyone has ever mentioned it to them.
And a source for Scrabble tile holders ... LOL
Actually, we used to grab one of those when we played cards with my grandfather after he was paralyzed from a stroke. He'd arrange his cards on a Scrabble stand and play them from there.
If you are emailing them, please inquire about clear stands. Thanks

You asked for clear figure stands that can hold paper minis? Your pleas have been heard... This German website: www.spielematerial.de/en/game-components/game-pieces/plastic-bases.html sells clear 20 mm plastic stands that are great for use with our paper minis. I bought a bag of 100 stands for only 8 € (about 10 US-$), and with 100 stands I most probably have more than I will ever need (at the same time).

Spotted Owl Games seems to use these card stands to hold their "City Folk" Pathfinder-like pawns. I was going to back their kickstarter, but now (thanks to fully embracing this site's TRUE paper minis) I'm just following it. Nice idea for those who like CG, though.

I am really hoping that Litko comes up with another paper fig base option soon. I love their products. I am considering ordering some acrylic bases just to re-base some of my Reaper Bones.
