So, my son informed me today he needs gnolls and shadar-kai for his birthday D&D game this weekend. I know okumarts had one in his sampler and puddingwrestler has some simple ones, but I remember seeing some others. I think they had grey backs?

okumarts has had a set of gnolls in the works for ages... maybe you can convince him to drop his RL and finish it up? I wish I could be more helpful... did you already check thru the hoards to see if some were hiding away in there? Oh, Wait! If you're willing to step outside our little circle, Ashton Sperry's got a set of Pathfinder Minis - all gnolls! Here for $3.99. The usual caveat of no back art doesn't seem to matter so much with this set, as they are mostly side view, or at worst 3/4.

Oh my! I own the set, yet forgot about the gnolls in it (werewolf, lizardman, orc, and giant spider too). It's a great set, I've just not put it to use yet. Sorry guys!

I bought the Brave Adventures set. Should do the trick. Thanks for the advice, all.
Now, Shadar Kai are pale skinned humans who like black cloaks and spikes on their weapons and armour. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions? I didn't know them. I found some illustrations and watched them. They are a kind of albinos dark elves with human ears at the end. Or vampires in good health. I'm sorry. I don't know any Shadar-Kai paper minis. Perhaps using google-images and deviantart you can find some good frontal artworks and turn them into paper figures. There are at least 4/5 good figures. imho.

There's the one-monk elves modded into drows in a couple of HOARDs.
