I read the first entry when you posted at Fat Dragon's forums, and now the second. I'll keep up with it Two questions - will you feel sufficiently satisfied as the DM? (story- and creative-wise I mean, since you seemed to prefer something more story-driven before, while your players are more hack-n-slash) and 2) will you be posting the design of the dungeon as you go, before/after the players have gone thru?

Yes I anticipate being fully engaged in the game. I enjoy playing and running this style of game. In my last game I had tried something a bit different from what the group was used to playing. As the GM it was my responsibility to run a game that the players would really get into. As it was, we were having fun, but the players didn't have the level of buy in I had hoped for. I doubt I will post any maps if that is what you are asking. One aspect of the game will be that the PC must map for themselves. If the players give the ok to share whatever they come up with for maps then I will share those, they may not be right, but that is half the fun. Feel free to leave comments on the blog posts too! What is the best way to let people know when a new post is up, with out spamming the forums? I know that right now that there hasn't been any paper modeling content to the blog, that is why I posted in the general gaming sub-forum. I anticipated that paper modeling will become more prevalent once play starts. Additionally, I am sorry if cross posting on some other forums, most notable FDG, has inadvertently doubled the posts up for you. Thanks Cadia Also, new material is up Todays post has a monster stated up for GURPS Dungeon Fantasy and a Trap, also set up for GURPS DF. spiderwebinthecorner.blogspot.com/2013/11/today-i-am-sharing-some-of-fruits-of-my.html

What is the best way to let people know when a new post is up, with out spamming the forums? Post your RSS feed and we can subscribe and we will know automatically. One rule of thumb I use here and on other papercrafting forums - if my blog entry includes photos of materials designed or sold by people on that forum, I share a photo or two from the blog entry and link to it. That way people can see how I used (and am promoting) their stuff even if they don't click-through to read the entire post. That's the ticket: When you have reason to suspect that you've done someone else a service with your cross-post, then it's OK. So far, your updates have not done that. Show (don't tell) us WHY we should click through, not just that there is something new. If your blog post doesn't call out to anyone here in particular, don't spam this board. [You asked...]
