I need to find a way to get the backdrop printed on 11X17 and it would look better.

Nice clean build on that boat. I really enjoyed building my shuttles, I stuck some missile pods on one to make an impromptu insurgent aerial assault vehicle.

Before I do any more display bases, I'm going to have to have them printed on 11X17. This one turned out way too small. I want to do one with the floor and two walls of a hanger, and one with a launch tube, but I will either have to divide them up to print larger or take it to a shop. I think it would be money well spent.

After all, you invest a lot of time in a model, and want the base to live up to the model - great job on that, btw!

Nice! I love doing little vignettes and stuff like that. When I eventually get around to actually having some glass display cases for paper models and figures, I want to do pretty much exactly that for each shelf.

That one was from Rev-O-Rama or something like that. Wayback Machine led me to the site. Ten or so displays for use with Gundam figures by Tomy. A little Gimp work and they are very useable.
