These are pretty interesting skirmishes. Are they all solo games?

Yeah, I am doing my first Song of Blades and Heroes solo campaign using the Song of Deeds and Glory supplement. I haven't given the orcs too much competition yet, I didn't realize how effective the Savage orcs (Cruk and Druk in the game) were going to be. If you are not familiar with SoBaH rules, the "savage" ability causes a morale check on any units in LOS when one of their warband is killed by the savage model. Because I have been fighting low morale human units (Quality in SoBaH) the opposition has had a hard time standing and fighting thus causing two pretty lopsided results. I am going to ramp up the opposition in the next game and maybe give Gru' Ulan a little more to worry about.
Almost every game I play is solo...I live about 2 hours south of Atlanta, Georgia and if you don't play Warhammer (I don't), opponents are few and far between.

You might want to check the rules again. I play Song of Fur and Buttons and Moral checks are required in all models "within long" of the "Badly Out of Action" but they may have nerfed it for the younger crowd. The good guys in F&B are not savage.

Yeah it's actually 1Xmedium in SoBaH but with the militia in the last scenario they were quite compact trying to keep their leader bonus and I had Hunters for the shooters who only have a range of short...so most the force was within range when the Bloodtusk brothers smooshed them some hoom-uns

I think it's time the local lord sends out a punitive mission to teach those marauding orcs a lesson! The people demand it!
