Have you abandoned the black-trim color option? [Perhaps I was the only one buying it?] :-)

Those are wonderful. Full of character and posed well Thanks very much, Verminking! (: Have you abandoned the black-trim color option? Yes, I've decided not to produce any new black trimmed versions because I simply don't get enough demand for them to justify the production effort. However, if I was to receive a request for a minimum of, say, 10 of any given set, I'd be willing to produce black-trimmed versions on special order.

As always, great job! Maybe something of the undead (in addition to the already released a set of skeletons warriors)?

so I just bought several sets of your line and here is my honest feedback. IMO the quality of your minis from a graphical PoV is perfect. Price tag and shipping time even over the Atlantic where I live was outstanding.
Nonetheless I would not buy another set in your 28mm scale because unfortunately they are 20% too small to fit with the rest of my collection. (those tiny heads of the agents) So please if you design another set could you use the modern standard of 30mm? Thanks.

(: I'm glad you are pleased with the artwork, price point, and international shipping time. I have no plans, at this point, to change the scale I work in, since I prefer to design for the more common 28mm scale, but you never know what the future might hold. Cheers!

Recently began learning how to draw minis, i.e conventions, best practice etc. Of all the minis I have found to study I very much rate yours, well produced the stances which are well balanced and pleasing to the eye. Would you have any tutorials, always interested in seeing the workflow of the top cats.

I haven't written any tutorials yet, but I'm happy to answer your questions about my artistic process. In General, I work digitally with a drawing tablet and Photoshop with separate layers for front and back views and all sketches, lineart, and colours therein; I deliberately proportion my humanoid figures at 6 heads tall (instead of a more realistic 8 heads tall) in order to exaggerate their features and I make their weapons slightly out of proportion for the same reason; since these figures are truly "flat," I choose poses that present them and their weapons in silhouette most recognizably, which usually requires several sketches for each figure to arrive at the best one. One of these days I'll make some proper tutorial style notes about my process. Cheers!

Magic, thanks for taking the time to explain your method. This shows the high level thinking behind your designs and highlights where I need to focus, i.e the planning of the figure. Been approaching it so far as a drawing not a mini. Also primarily using tablet with manga studio 5 (not unlike PS) so would defo look forward to tutorial.
