Writing this just to bragging about ME (as Parduz the Dwarf) being the main character in an Adventure for a game inspired to a very classic Dungeon Crawland also being sculpted in an unique miniature: I have great friends ( Nemo is one of them

He looks just like the Dwarf in my game hoisting his ever-full tankard of ale!

Love this! Where can I get a little Parduz to sit on my work top, and inspire my best work?

And are you saying that this fine likeness is another example of nemo's abilities?!

But now I say we need a paper mini version of the DWARF Parduzzino! mmmh... i could try, but i doubt i have the necessary skills.... And are you saying that this fine likeness is another example of nemo's abilities?! Nemo and other friends are the group which sculpted the miniatures, drew the tiles and the book, and wrote/playtested the adventure. AFAIK, Nemo is the guy in charge for all the computer graphic stuffs (so the tile and the book itself)... The fact is that, while i know them from 2006, i've only seen one of them in real life, 'cause they all lives around Rome, while i live in Bologna.

Is this a personal passion project of the group? Or is it planned for publication? Nemo, I'm guessing this is the source of the Endless Brewery?

Is this a personal passion project of the group? Or is it planned for publication? Nemo, I'm guessing this is the source of the Endless Brewery? Yes, yes and yes, WackyAnne This is a project born from an Italian community passionate about boardgaming and miniatures sculpting. Everyone put a bit of himself into it: sculpting and printing miniatures and scenery, writing stories and rules and missions, testing, proofreading, drawing, finding someone who could print the stuff professionally, etc... Someone composed a soundtrack, someone else made an App for Android with gaming aids and Parduz parduzzed, also. We already 'released' it in the form of 25 boxes that have been all sold to the community for the price of the mere production costs. It's also available online in pdf for free (minus the resin miniatures, clearly). So everything has been done without profit, out of love for each other and the hobby. A Tale of Beer and Heroes is the first 'expansion' and, yup, the Endless Brewery (cool name ) was part of it along with the Parduzzino and other things.

Hmmm, my dad is in France for the next month, my sister is moving to Switzerland this summer, and her on/off boyfriend is Italian. So... if you ever decide to reprint, let me know, I'd love to get a copy. I've already been thinking about what my dad might bring me back from his trip! Where can we find the PDF? It's the perfect opportunity/incentive to restart my Italian. I never made it beyond the Berlitz phrasebooks as a teenager (Spanish took over), but given my sister's relationship, it's a sensible fourth language to learn...

So... if you ever decide to reprint, let me know, I'd love to get a copy. I've already been thinking about what my dad might bring me back from his trip! I'll answer for Nemo: there's no more physical copies. They were built by hands by Nemo and the other friends: the miniatures were sculpted and "cloned" using silicone molds which are degraded on each copy; each of us received one customized miniature, the book and the tiles were printed profesionally by someone which "offered" that number of copies for a special price, the boxes were also build and composed by hands... it was planned as a friendly "short-run" production, and it is gone. Since i'm a bad person, i could post here some image to develop your envy (and to show how it was made ): Where can we find the PDF? It's the perfect opportunity/incentive to restart my Italian. The whole zip files for the Dwarf Quest is HEREThe "A Tale of Beer and Heroes" add-on is HEREKeep in mind that you could need the mounted board and some components from a very classic, 90's era, dungeon crawler game

Wow! That all looks stupendous! What an amazing thing for you to all share in! And thank you for sharing the printables with me, so that I need not die of envy! Interestingly, it looks like I'll only need a dictionary for about one word in ten, so far. Comprehension is always easier than language construction

I showed this to my player who's character is the Dwarf in my game and he was astounded! Parduz, This work is wonderful! I wish you many long years of enjoyment! The work that was done on this game is awe inspiring. (Yes, I downloaded it, to. Thank you.) Makes me want to learn to speak Italian! LOL! BTW: Our Dwarf was born in Barcelona, Spain and is a Moore (the player, not the character)! I'm not sure, but he may know Italian.

Truly impressive, valients! They have a game that may be a similar theme a few hundred miles north, but seeing this original in all its short run glory is inspirational. I wish I had a group of devoted friends around here to do the same with.
Then again, this is kind of how I feel about the whole cardboard warrior and rpg community. I only hope my tiny contribution may someday please as many as have amazed and entertained me.

It's funny, I was just reading through some of Patrick Crusiau's (aka. Gwindel, aka. Bhoritz) commentaries from when he had just started releasing his figures and why he started the Brabantini Yahoo group; He was hoping to inspire and collaborate with other artists and gamers so that as a group they could create whole downloadable games. Much like you have done with this project. Bravo sirs, bravo!
