In case some of you don't recognise the style: the figures in the picture that @vermin King posted are the work of eddnic. You can check out his blog here: minipapermodels.blogspot.ca/(That is weird, the @ Vermin King above looks capitalised when I edit, but then it shows up lower case and the "turn it red" function seems to be case sensitive . . . computers!)

Eddnic's models are stunning in their graphics, and 2.5/3D design, though I've not yet been brave enough to attempt assembling the minis. If you like any if the minis/models he offers, please support him by buying the ones he has available on RPGNow via Avalon Games: the demon and the dungeon walls.

Eddnic's minis are amazing, I've downloaded his Unicorn and I'm still working on getting my nerve together to assemble it.

I tend to think of his creations more as miniature models rather than figures. There is a lot of massaging and molding the paper into shape. Some of them are more tedious than others, but I have yet to find one that doesn't build well. I have not done the unicorn, so I cannot speak much about it specifically
