Better? Very nice Forest Elemental! I think it could also pass as an Ent.

For a new guy, you are making quite a splash (Hey, c'mon, if I didn't make the pun kiladecus was gonna . . .) @blackcat13, we could all save a little ink if you "whited out" the parts of the shark that get glued over anyway. Hooray for 2.5d!

Thank you. Hollowing out the center section to save ink honestly didn't occur to me. Thanks for the insight. I have some more sharks to post and I'll make sure to hollow them out. I plan to make a few more great whites in the 14-18ft range, which is more realistic. I have a whale shark that came from another source. I colorized it and am getting ready to make it into a miniature, but a 21cm-long 2.5D won't do it justice. A majestic creature like that deserves a 3D model.

But do you have any sharks with lasers on their heads? With all the buzz surrounding Spot of Bother, I had to ask

With all these sharks about, we're soon going to need some swimmers to get into trouble, and some frogmen with shark guns to rescue them - obviously two sets, one in orange, one in black gear so we can tell them apart, just like in the movies (Spot of Bother has a lot to answer for!).

I'll have to leave that to someone with more talent than me, I don't do humans yet. With the help of good folks like Cowboyleland pointing the way to the guides and resources on the forum and the support of so many other good folks, I think I will be ready to try them soon.

I'm certain squirmydad would appreciate it if one or more people would volunteer to help with the hoard. IIRC, it involves gathering the individual files, ensuring that outlines, tabs, and scaling are all correct, collecting them all onto a single page or 2, cutting, assembling, photographing. And then posting the results to onemonk.com... Oh, and cut files...

I'm always available to help with cutfiles, but squirmydad knows that already, right?

Having no luck downloading this set. Tried the day it was first posted and again today. Download speed is unusually slow too - initially says about 2-3 minutes, but it then cuts out with about a minute (roughly 50% of the zip file) still to go, and the only result is an unopenable zip file ("file corrupted", yet it isn't of Cthulhoid minis...). Anyone else having difficulties with it?
I have downloaded and opened other zip files from different places in the last few days without problems, incidentally, including about ten minutes before trying this again.

I just was able to download it, and the files are OK. I PM'ed you a link in case this doesn't resolve itself for you.

As best I can determine it works fine. You may have caught it during one of the frequent updates I did the past few days. Hope it works better for you now.

Many thanks for that; I could download this version fine, and in a fraction of the time I spent failing to get it from the "official" One Monk page! As best I can determine it works fine. You may have caught it during one of the frequent updates I did the past few days. Hope it works better for you now. As a test, I tried again immediately after collecting mproteau's copy, but unfortunately with exactly the same negative result. Guess our systems just aren't communicating right for some reason Not to worry, as I have the file now, so all's well
