Hmm... these wings needs to be downsized! Then tail most probably should be replaced - some feathers would be fine, so she will be more ekhm... "birdie"

A 'Birdie' warrior princess? That's different Putting wings on some of the earlier warrior princesses (I-IX) would turn them into Celestials.

Maybe she's not celestial but at least much more "birdie" right now... kinda "Eagle-Mage"

EDIT: head is too big, tail too small...
// ...and that's probably why she looks kinda p&*$%-of? Anyway - this one obviously needs some serious adjustments - but it's IMHO still promising and might turns into something decent eventually... //

mesper Are you not afraid that your ground under the figure, will be different than the base?

mesper Are you not afraid that your ground under the figure, will be different than the base? You mean textures and colours or dimensions? As for textures and colours users can use whatever style their prefer/need, then I'm providing some basic versions (grass, sand, rock) in every PERMES set. Regarding size/dimensions - nope, why? There shouldn't be problem at all - vide quick sample below - then of course in final version figurine's ground could be resized or shifted.

Ok but what in the case where ground under the figure is sand and I can use snow base? Image shows what I mean.

Ok but what in the case where ground under the figure is sand and I can use snow base? Image shows what I mean. Then you will receive kinda " fire-bird" which is melting the snow beneath!!! But seriously: type of base (sand, snow, grass, rock, tile or wooden floor etc.) is totally up to you! You have the choice - there is vast choice of almost any sort of bases out there, then you can use some textures or even photo and make your very own. I have to admit that while in some sets I'm adding additional / specific bases which matches the mini's "ground" (like lava for blazing/fire-horse, rocky bottom or water), then for ASPECT versions I'm adding also "aspect bases" - but it's merely in specific cases (when it might be tough to find or make matching base) and mostly for users convenience, as personally I'd opt for identical, plain dark green or black bases for every mini, independently from used ground, textures or figurine character.

Ok. I understand that each who purchased your set, has possibility change "ground" before print? In a word, your sets have built-in variants ground?

Ok. I understand that each who purchased your set, has possibility change "ground" before print? In a word, your sets have built-in variants ground? Nope - you can check it simply by downloading some PERMES sets (BTW there are free samples at OBS/RPGnow and a lot of free PERMES stuff here at CWF) Well, actually in many cases I AM CHANGING grounds for some versions of particular figurine (as well as I'm adding some accessories like shields, different weapons, helmets or various shape and colours of crests or cloaks). But that has nothing to do with bases - it's just because I'd like to add some more versions, making minis and sets more universal, versatile/flexible and most of all - funny and useful for gamers! So, once again, despite some specific cases (like fire/lava creatures, water elementals or aspects) at least in my case so called "basing-issue" is left for gamers/end-users. That's in fact the situation (texture/coloured grounds) with the minis and sets from many if not majority of publishers. There are also some publishers who prefers "no ground at all" solution or pure black grounds - which might be considered as more fast/easy (less work to do), safe or flexible, whatever is their reason it is fully acceptable, then depends on art/style might even proves better than with coloured/textured grounds. Still I'm preferring some grounds as it IMHO adds to the figurine more character/immersion (or unique feeling - call it as you want) - what can I say, it's kinda PERMES hallmark/style.

OK a lot of preliminary versions showed - some quite nice, while some absolutely needs corrections or serious modifications. Still - the question is do YOU like (across the board) such characters/minis? Thing is these are in most cases almost ready minis (even with B-sides) - so I'm wondering if it is worth to start colouring/texturing process? (Well I'll nevertheless do at least one or two versions but what about full set... perhaps with some serious MODDING possibilities?)

Warrior Princesses can also translate as Amazons, I don't think there any sets out there of all female warrior characters. I like them, even the inhuman ones.

Well, after almost 4 (sic!) years I'm going to proceed with this project! It's rather quite a niche one (who needs princesses nowadays, not even mentioning armoured and trained warrior-princesses? , but could be fun. Actually it could end up in a large amount of various minis and their versions, but for the beginning, I will start with the MKVI and later verisions.

A bit more armour and fewer robes? Maybe sometime in the future - there are still other Warrior Princess unused figures, including MkIV, which could evolve into more or even fully/plate armored?
