Do I need YOUR money? But off course, why not?! Still... there is a lot of quality FREE stuff from PERMES available for ya! So please just check out another one free PERMES 24H mini-set: Halloween 2014 Pumpkinman Octopus:) There are two versions in this miniset - typical (ground) GIANT pumpkin octopus and... sunken (scourged or perhaps night/shadow?) one. Enjoy! Mesper ...

Goshh! Just immediately after releasing I've noticed that there is some small but at the same time silly error (both figurines)!!! Of course I'll patch it (there will be new file replacing the "bad" one probably tomorrow - so rather 48H miniset) BUT - perhaps you can tell this mistake (I'd run kinda contest but it seems too easy this time;)?

I see the error. I've done the same. Sometimes I have even left it, figuring almost no one would notice and fewer would really care. The fact that you would bother to patch a free set speaks to your professionalism and the pride you take in your work.

One of the tentacles-tips should be clipped on the mirror image instead of showing in "front" on both sides. Would NOT have noticed unless you said to look. What do I win?

Better Now it's more humanoid-like +colours still can be modified (just let me know here on via PM) I'm tempted to make also cowboyleland and Rhannon versions (as Cowboy also solved the error and their avatars wears some sort of hat/helmet), of course assuming that there are no objections?

For some reason I'm not seeing it at one-book-shelf, can you please provide a direct link to the file? Thanks. Actually this thread is mostly all about FUN! // well there are BOTH extended commercial and FREE Permes Halloween sets available at OBS/RPGnow - so please browse RPGnow...) // So, while I'd like you (and of course other CWF members) to grab/buy (YES YES!!!) some PERMES sets (again YES YES!!!) ... these "Pumpkins" are "just for fun" and ONLY for Cardboard Warriors Forums Users thingies... Yep... I know freebies etc. are not valuable these days... sniff... Still I'd like to commit to the community, so please download PERMES freebies while available:) AND... there will be MORE (free) SOON (so beware: Vermin King, kiladecus, mproteau (Paper Realms), wyvern, wildagreenbough, squirmydad, old squirmydad - you might be included into PERMES Pumpkin Folks... LOL:) BTW: If U are not listed and (!) got some avatar specific hat/helmet - just let me know (and provide your avatar) so I can add U to the pack:)

Ahhhh, mesper, glad to see more pumpkin people! Your giant pumpkin monster was the highlight of my mini maze last year - too bad it was so hidden in the 3 pics I could post for Papercuts. I'll have to get the rest up in spoon...

OK here are two first * CWF Pumpkin Heroes: So the miniset: ----- * Actually I was working also on other characters but didn't managed to finish those before 1st of November...(among others I have some quite nice versions for ladies here:)Anyway - I'll slowly working on these minis so perhaps will be ready before next Halloween?IDEA: ====== Actually IMHO probably worth brand new thread (unless something like this was already discussed?!?)
Perhaps we could... design OUR OWN Cardoard Warriors Forums "internal" GAME? You know - with figurines kinda based on member's avatars (kinda like mine's Pumpkin Heroes) and with some easy rules, perhaps some tiles/maps and even some easy-to-made buildings and props??? WHY NOT? We have really A LOT of talented people here who might be willing to contribute in some way/part (I will not call these to the board, but I'm sure that you can easily name them)!
Well It could be even kinda evolving project - let say each year with different settings, new figurines (might be interpretations from various artists -- so some users could get their "own" figurines made by various artists after some time), then changes in rulesets etc.
I could offer figurines (actually I'd finish CWF members Pumpkinman "series" and perhaps start some others, more "serious"), some graphics and even DTP if needed.
Dunno - might turns into quite funny and worth considering project?!
--- PLUS such project might not only be funny and interesting for current members but also could ATTRACT NEW USERS and so kinda WORKS for CW Forums (so fun and teaser and bouns - as having such content CWF owners could spread word, run some PR etc... all with gaining new members and bringing more www-awareness and focus to our HOBBY in mind) --- Then for some artists and autors here and even newcomers it might be kinda OPPORTUNITY and CHANCE to sort of TRY they skills, to be part of some project etc...
=>>>I mean - that's just an idea -- now you can love or hate it... ===== EDIT Right now these minis are FREE but also labelled as made by PERMES - but if such described project would start, then of course it should be under "global" CWF brand/logo on cover (with some thanks/credits/logos and links to the contributors inside)
EDIT 2 Of course we would need some sort of approval from members whose characters/avatars would be used.

I don't have time to read the whole game idea bit right now. I keep having to go to the door to give away candy, but I wanted to say "Thanks for the treat."

OK, I read the game idea now: I feel like my involvement would be minimal. I never hesitate to offer my opinion (if I have one) but I am a "modder" more than artist and I tinker with house rules but not a ground-up game designer. My avatar is property of OneMonk, so you would need to talk to Squirmydad there. This is not to rain on the parade! Count on me for moral support and (hopefully) constructive criticism.

Thanks for reminding me that it was high past time I revert back to my own avatar, rather than my Fat Dragon KS one tweaked with another witch, Baba Yaga. Sadly, this is avatar is all I have left of all the modifications I did on this figure to personalize it. The rest got lost in my hard drive crash in early February, along with a lot of other stuff I'd worked on. :/

OK, ok, relax... BREATHE! Wait, wait... IDEA! Some "Real/Classic-WackyAnne" based She-Pumpkin/Pumpkin Girl(?)... Well, perhaps without that specific veeery round-pumpkin shape face -- rather more skinny and manga-style?! Hmm... got some idea, not promising but will try

OK, this one took much more time than expected -obviously quasi-manga style is not mine's virtue;) Still as promised - some another CW Forums member pic;) Actually I made a big/full standing figurine, with clothes, accessories and weapon (wand) etc... but well, decided to crop it here just to not draw away your attention:) So blame it on me... ...
