With the start of the New Year comes a list of new projects. First in line is a model that has been waiting to be done.
The Coliseum.
The model is in its initial concept design, however the dimensions will have a width of 2'-8" and a length of over 3'-10". Yeah, you read it right, this model will be huge! The arena battleground is 16" wide and will come with basic groundwork, but will also be customizable to have virtually any ground texture or arena setup in your library. How so?
A model of this size will be broken up in both straight and rounded segments with options of the outside of the coliseum having either simple 2D textures or 3D parts for those wanting the extra detail. Because of this concept you will be able to build any size Coliseum you want, and around any ground textures (or maps) you want.
To add to the attraction, each segment will also be designed as a fold-flat system for easier storage.
Finally, the set will include an Official's Podium that will be modular, so you can place it anywhere you want. Other props may be pending or reserved as a later expansion.

Spent two 'fun' hours last night unclogging a heat break tube (the nozzle was a lost cause and replaced). Stupid bowden tube slipped and molten plastic spilled up into the heat break tube and congealed.
