It might just be my old laptop (I am still running Vista after all) but everytime I download a file I can't seem to get it to open. I've used WinRAR and WinZip and they both keep telling me that there is a problem with the files and that I need to re-download them but I have, like at least 3 times and still get the same result. Anyone else have this problem? And if so, how do I fix it?

Hmm, I get the same problem on #96.
It's a 188 MB file, that may be the issue, I'll see what I can do about shrinking it or breaking it up.

some of the Hoard files, mostly the newer ones but also ones in the Squirmydad's download page. I use to have a newer laptop and I don't remember any problems with it. It just seems weird.  |

I shrank and reloaded FH#96 and it works for me now. Do please Give it a try.

Okay, until I figure out what's up my computer I've put those files in my dropbox and added links to them on the site...it's a work-around that should allow people to DL the model files. I've also just received a message that the bases page isn't working right, so that's next.

I had no trouble with those the other day, now I can't download and open Eagle V nor Undersea Kingdom. I'm starting to rebuild the site using a new program to replace the now defunct iWeb app that I've been using. Some things are just going to stay broken for a while until the site is rebuilt, probably take me a week, sorry. I'll put dropbox links on those four files for now. Sorry for the difficulties. |

The work of building the website continues, it's terribly dull work though. I'm replacing everything with an app called Everweb, which is quite similar to iWeb, which is what I used to build the site in the first place. I'm finishing 2-3 pages a day so I believe I'm track to re-upload everything this Friday.
Once it's finished I'll be taking an Administrative break for a bit to work on more fun projects.

It wasn't working at first but once another download I had going was finished everything started working fine and I'm sure the internet upgrade we just got didn't hurt either!

I had downloaded them ages back but only tried to unzip them recently. I know you did a batch of repairs so I downloaded them again and still couldn't get them to work.

Well after re-booting my chromebook (only the once, mind) the files from those links did unzip for me so thank you very much!!! I'm sure the problem will have been at this end - I just have no idea what it is!!!  Thanks again Eric!!! |

getting ready for Christmas and thought I would download some files, hoards #88,104,135 found 104 in my older downloads that opened fine, just newer ones had problem, might just be on my end

Are there particular ones you are looking for? I just re-downloaded both of the Medieval Mayhems and they opened. But I use 7-Zip, not Win-Zip

Okay, took me three tries to get it to download (download paused. Retry?) But it opens. 88 did fine. PM me and I'll email you the files. Would you want the zip files? Or do I need to unzip them. I have a feeling that your problem was in getting a complete download rather than the download not opening.

Spent two 'fun' hours last night unclogging a heat break tube (the nozzle was a lost cause and replaced). Stupid bowden tube slipped and molten plastic spilled up into the heat break tube and congealed.
