I noticed the Bandit in the October 2017 Supporter reward reminds me greatly of Slant the Drushian from the 80's Classic fantasy "The Archer fugitive from the Empire"
Perhaps an idea for a future set could be "80's Fanatsy" With characters from Hawk the Slayer, Krull, The Archer, The Sword & the Sorcerer, etc.

Btw., I like the German title of The Archer much better. It's called "Der Zauberbogen" which would translate to "The magical bow" or "The enchanted bow". So sad that this pilot failed, would've been a far better series than 90's Conan or early 2000's The Beastmaster. Yet another franchise they did very bad things to, I mean, the first movie is just gold, but the rest...? |

I own a poor bootleg on DVD of The Archer. I just watched again yesterday!!

Shep I am with you on The Archer! If that and Hawk the Slayer had made it to just even a single season each I would have been in Fantasy Heaven!! I own a poor bootleg on DVD of The Archer. I just watched again yesterday!! I have a DVD of the "original German release", digitally remastered but still of just almost analogue TV quality...  It's a little bit like watching an old VHS tape, but hey, at least it's dubbed (unlike my Dragonslayer DVD which I could only get as a UK import for under 2 Euros...) |

Have you ever toyed with doing a Sword & Planet theme? John Carter of Mars, Carson of Venus, Savage Swords of Athanor style stuff. Lightly armored warriors with swords and pistols, Princesses, multi-limbed beasties, cactus-men, fungoid-men.
Just me hoping.... ;-)

I was able to release 24 full sets of Paper Miniatures this year, plus gaming material and bonus minis. 2018 was an exciting year for sure. That means that I put out over 5780 paper minis in 2018 alone (not including recolours, etc.).  |
