The latest issue of Miniature Wargames magazine, number 386, has a two-page spread with paper models of two iconic buildings from the Waterloo battlefield (bicentenary approaching next month, of course), Hougoumont Chateau and the La Haie Sainte farm, both drawn to 1/900 scale (that's roughly 2 mm scale in wargaming terms). These are now freely available as downloadable PDFs via the MW website, using the links on this page, or these more direct links to the individual PDFs:
Hougoumont
La Haie Sainte
Although the webpage and the magazine suggest these models (exteriors only, as you might guess at such a scale) can be scaled-up because they're at 300 dpi resolution, I'm not convinced after an on-screen enlarged viewing, because, as commonly with such artwork, I don't think the textures will survive clearly enough once enlarged, certainly not to get to 20 mm or 25 mm scale, let alone 15 mm. However, I've not tried, so it may be worth testing just in case.
I can never remember what the more obscure scale conversions are, and when checking what 1/900 scale actually meant in wargaming terms online, I accidentally came across this website, War Artisan's Workshop. Here, you can find late 18th to early 19th century paper model warships of various kinds and in three different scales, 1/300, 1/600 and 1/900. But better still, for fans of this genre, you can also download one free model in each scale (the regular price is $5 per model otherwise; PayPal payments only)! Links for each free model can be found here:
1/300 scale Enterprise (Lake Champlain, 1776)
1/600 scale Dutch flagship Brederode
1/900 scale unnamed 64-gun ship of the line (British Royal Navy, 1757)
Don't recall seeing these ships mentioned before here, but apologies if they have been and I just missed it!
***[Edit 22 October 2016: The publisher for Miniature Wargames has recently changed, so the two Waterloo paper model links no longer work. You can still find both though using this link to the free downloads portal page; just scroll down to find Issue 386. Vermin King noted having problems with the downloads for both these, however (worked fine for me!), so if you're having troubles too, I added fresh direct download links on this CWF topic today as well.]***
