I opened the dvorik model in Gimp and MProteau's medieval house and compared door sizes. Counting grid squares, the dvorik door is almost exactly 2/3 the size of MProteau's door. So, I'd put it at HO.
Of course that is quite an assumption that the doors are the same size...
