Hmm, Drivethru seems to be taking its sweet time with posting my first pack of minis. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, I'm a total noob... Either way, once I get that figured out, my first available set will be some good ol' fashioned goblins! Up next will be "Scales and Slime" various enemies you'd find in a swamp, marsh or jungle, like lizardmen and snakes. The elemental pack (Medium and large elementals) will drop after that. I have a ton of partial sets to finish and release after those, and I always love to hear what kind of monsters you'd like to see. Those suggestions really inspire me!

If it's your first release on DTRPG, I think they review it to make sure there's no rookie errors. Are you under the publisher name "chiefasaur"? I'll keep an eye out!

Yeah, it says there's a 1-5 day review period. I'm sure it's plagued with rookie errors, cuz I was up very late working on it. My publishing account is under "Trash Mob Minis."

Once I get cleared on Drivetrhu, I have a second set, loaded in the chamber. A six-pack of cold-blooded killers. Instead of undead variants, this pack includes some animals that one may encounter with these monsters.

I will probably buy nearly everything you make, but the undead variant has me especially excited. I have always wanted to field an undead army where the ranks are made up of many different races.

Oh man, you are SO in luck, the "army packs" (Sets of just one type of monster) will almost always have some kind of undead variant, either zombie, skelly or both! Theme packs (sets of similar monsters, that may live in the same environment for example) will probably not include undead, but will often include animals. So, you've got some animated corpses to look forward too

Love your art style, can't wait, I've always liked having a set of mook minis that you would need a lot of, gargoyles would be a fun set

Thanks for the link! I got the email my set was live right as I got to work, where drivethru is blocked (stupid work internet) so my last minute changes/tinkering will have to wait until I get home. Also, I have the Scales and Slime set to upload. Ugh, this day needs to go faster!

gargoyles would be a fun set Gargoyles are an excellent idea! I've been wanting to do a set of "dungeon monsters" and I think gargoyles belong in that lineup. Right now, my medium earth elemental will have to do :/

Just bought and downloaded the first set and about to print them off. Can I ask a favour for later sets? I know you are selling it as a goblin "army" pack, but any chance of doing one page with just one each of the figures - for those of us who don't want/need multiple copies......? Along with the pages you have already done for those who do, of course!!!

but any chance of doing one page with just one each of the figures - for those of us who don't want/need multiple copies......? That is an extremely good idea, and shall be done from now on. I feel silly, I didn't even think of that. Let's just chalk it up to me being a total noob. I honestly didn't realize their might be hobbyists that aren't actually trying to field a ton of soldiers for their games. Scales & Slime has been submitted and is pending approval. You'll find it a bit more manageable. The figures are much larger, so, there's only two or three of each individual monster per page.

It begins, I'll probably build out all eight from one sheet...but then I'll hold out for future skeleton diversity. Thanks Chief, these guys are absolutely awesome.

You have no idea how happy I am to see my Trash Mobs in use! I'm really glad you like them. I mean, why settle for boring human bones when you're a fantasy necromancer? There are so many more interesting options available.

Here's a prototype build for a siege machine I've been working on> Lots of little things left to tinker with, but, not a terrible first pass. Not sure if anybody would actually want a fantasy ballista made of bones, but, when it's done, it will be up in the shop in case they do. I've also been working on a big pack of elementals. The elemental kit will include medium and large models of earth, air, water and fire elementals, as well as a summoner cultist for each element. We've been playing the Cult of Elemental Evil campaign in my D&D group, so, I know these guys will get a lot of mileage on our game table

Who wouldn't want a ballista made of bones (visually, even if not pragmatically speaking).

This probably isn't too interesting. Here are some of the sketches I did to figure out the look of the earth elementals from the upcoming elemental set. Usually I have a pretty good idea for what I want a figure to look like, this one took some tries. Here's the final design for the large and medium earth elementals. I really wanted each elemental to be more then just a vaguely humanoid mess of animated elements, so I really tried to give them their own unique theme and personality. The earth elemental is just the Venus of Willendorf with horns and weapons for arms. I'm a lazy designer.

First thing I thought was Venus of Willendorf! I think I have to design a buildings line for your minis. I really love them! Also I had a good laugh when I clicked your image open. Look at the ad's the site selected for the heavy figures... Not sure if it has anything to do with your figures, but still funny

Could be work's wifi being weird though. I love your buildings, and if you do design any inspired by my figures, it would be a huge honor. Whenever I get around to my yokai set, I want to use your japanese bridge and lanterns as background elements in the promo pic!

It's your sketches of rather "heavy" elementals and next to it ad's about weight loss :-)

I have always wanted to field an undead army where the ranks are made up of many different races. abnatha - you might want to check out The Paper Warrior skeletons. I just printed some off for the first time last night and they have a wonderfully cartoony style - they could be goblins or anything. They are also quite small - I printed mine off at 110% and they are a little taller than chiefasaur's goblin skeletons. Don't know what his zombies are like, though. There used to be some poor quality built pics of their stuff on the site, but even those are gone now.
