Alright, been goofing around all week, doodling monsters with no real direction. I think the next pack of monsters I'm going to focus on is kobolds. Been getting a lot of requests for those little guys, and since they're among my favorite monsters, I think they'd be a nice 10th pack to add to my shop. Here's the caster and stabber.

Final lineup of kobolds with their pet hunting lizard. I might include some type of wing mod, so the lizard can be converted into a dragon hatchling.

Sorry, been a busy guy lately. Kobolds are on the home stretch, even finished a wing kit for the lizard/drake to become a baby dragon. Printing and building tonight!

Forgot to update this thread. In case you missed it, the kobolds are available now! I'm pretty proud of these guys. One of the models has been my user-icon for a while, guess I should actually make it available Also, if you need a cute baby dragon on your table, you're going to want this

chiefasaur: Dude, I gotta ask you: what are the colored circles on the bases of your minis? Sometimes I notice them, sometimes I don't.

chiefasaur : Dude, I gotta ask you: what are the colored circles on the bases of your minis? Sometimes I notice them, sometimes I don't. They're always there, sometimes the purple ring doesn't photograph well. They're mob-trackers, so the DM can keep track of the HP and such of individual monsters represented by identical models. It's just a clumsy solution built in to a problem my groups always have when rumbling with a bunch of identical monsters.

Well then! That makes perfect sense Yeah, I guess since I usually post pics of individual monsters, it doesn't make much sense, makes a but more sense with a bunch of the same critter.

I have been meaning to do a similar thing using numbers on the bases. Then I can have standard "Bad Guy 1,"Bad Guy 2" etc in my initiative tracker as well. Just haven't got around to it yet.

I have been meaning to do a similar thing using numbers on the bases. Then I can have standard "Bad Guy 1,"Bad Guy 2" etc in my initiative tracker as well. Just haven't got around to it yet. We used to put little colored tokens next to each figure & track them that way, so the initiative counter would be "blue goblin, purple goblin etc..." but those tokens would get knocked around, or we'd move some guys and leave their tokens, so when I started to tinker with making minis of my own, the first order of business was to "bake in" a way to track each mob. Of course, a lot of this was inspired by 4E, where you had to live on a grid, and all monsters had a trillion HP. My 5E group plays a bit looser, so the colored rings are more of a vestigial artifact now, but, I like them.
