Interesting read squirmydad. I picked up most of the information on my own over the course of several years myself, but there were a few things that I hadn't considered, so all-in-all, this is a pretty good guide for everyone.

I found that having a dispenser of correction tape has saved me a lot of time, money, and grief when printing out many companies PDF's. The company logos a lot of the time are too close to the registration marks on my Silhouette SD cutter, so a few stripes of correction tape over the parts that interfere with the registration and everything is hunky dory!!! No more having to go into my software to digitally remove the offending graphic and then re-print the page (ending up using 2+ pages for one copy). If you still don't get quite enough of the graphic covered up, just add another stripe and try again. Wish I had known (or remembered) about this a long time ago.
